First time we brought my husband’s truck for an oil change. He went to check his oil shortly after (IDK a week… a month), they left his oil cap OFF under the hood where they laid it. Luckily he didn’t lose it while driving! I called to let them know and I HAD to ask for a free oil change! Great customer service NTB! 2nd time we went for an oil change, they didn’t check the mileage (same mileage as the last time it was changed there), didn’t put a new sticker on the windshield AND forgot to put 2 of his tire valve stem caps back on!!! NEVER will go here again!!!
