It’s sad! The actual care and wait time was not bad… but my dealings with the incompetent business office for a YEAR AND A HALF after my visit, HORRIFIC!!! It’s hard to believe they’re affiliated with Mt. Carmel. Even though my account was paid in full in June 2015 (of which I have proof), I continue to fight with them and so does my insurance company. One day they send me to collections, the collection company calls and then when they realize they screwed up, Diley Ridge takes my account back. This has gone back and forth like this for months and NO ONE in their finance office can get it right!!!

This ER is usually quicker than any of the other ERa around Columbus. They’re usually very quick about getting you back to a room. I don’t like the fact that a doctor doesn’t come to see you right away but most of the staff is pretty friendly.
