Prior to installing the tower and other equipment I was told that rarely service could be interrupted briefly (24 at most) due to events like lightening strikes. I am very disappointed that I am on day 5 without service. I understand repairs do take time– but have found it very frustrating that they will not return my phone calls so I can plan accordingly to be with out internet. I would highly recommend using a different service provider, such as Excel Net or Bertram Wireless.
