I saw Dr. Shieh about six weeks ago for a condition. He was very caring and compassionate. He recommended further treatment at the infusion center a few days later. The nurses were amazing and nice there too. I feel so much better now and I can’t thank Dr. Shieh and his staff enough.

I recently had an issue with Deep Vein Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolisms. I was fortunate enough to meet Dr Galatin in the hospital. He took the time to answer all my questions and to equip me with the knowledge to turn myself from a patient, back to a person that has to see her doctor on a routine basis.
Dr Galatin’s NP is also very knowledgeable and is great at returning phone calls and giving you updated lab result information. I have found that the whole team of doctors and nurses will cover for each other to make sure that you get all needed info and the best of care.
This clinic also has a lab downstairs which is very convenient. The lab is pretty fast and can usually get results up to the doctors within the hour if you have an appointment with them same day.
Finally, this team is associated with Stanford Hospital. They use the same Epic data system which make all reports accessible by doctors at Stanford.

When you have cancer this is a great place. They take good care. The Doctors are all excellent and the nurses are knowledgeable and friendly. Now affiliated with Stanford, I have received great care here.

Dr. Steven M. Scates —
Conveniently located Hamilton & Winchester (Walgreens center). The front office was large, clean. The front office staff nice & professional. Dr Scates very nice and understanding. Also they have a lab. down stairs. Very convent! And the Lab. is also fast. Luckily my labs came back neg. Now I only see him once every couple of years. I would refer others to this Dr Scates & South Bay Oncology Hematology Partners.
