This park is within short walking distance from my house, and I love how tranquil it is. Within this park, there is also a nice children’s playground and facility available. People often follow the park track and walk in circle around it for good exercise. Right around the park, there is very easy parking available. I also notice people often bring their pets here to walk. I only have one suggestion for people with pets: please always clean up your own mess and help scoop up the poop! It is not nice to leave those around, and help everyone enjoy this park more by keeping it clean. Other than that, this park is as good as it gets for a family park in the West San Jose neighborhood.

Very nice neighborhood located in a split San Jose/Campbell neighborhood. Not too many amenities at this location but what it lacks in quantity it makes up for in quality. Here’s a quick list: 1) Picnic table &BBQ areas 2) Basketball courts 3) Playground & Tot Lot w/water feature(What?!?) 4) Restrooms which are probably the nicest City park restrooms around; I’m not sure what the previous reviewer was talking about, but these are far from your standard issue«prison-style» potties. 5) Huge, well-maintained grassy fields The parking here kinda sucks; there’s no parking on the Valerie Dr side of the park unless you park in front of one of the houses. However, there is a decent amount of parking on the San Tomas Aquino side. Other than the minor parking issue this is a very nice park and definitely worth checking out.

Cute small park in the middle of a nice neighborhood. We were just driving around checking out garage sales and we came across this park. Its park of the CIty of San Jose Parks, but Ive never heard of it. Theres street parking across the street, basketball courts, bbq pit and tables, bathrooms, and a play area for smaller kids and bigger ones. Its not a huge park, but nice to come hang out at if you dont want to deal with crowds. The bathrooms are straight prison style with metal everywhere and something I would avoid next time.
