Poor Property management Cheap building supplies for renovations Very loud neighbors(all, not just imeadite ones that you share a wall with) Bottomline: Would not recommend to friends

Excellent place to live! Conveniently located near freeway access and shopping. The manager, Nick, is the best! Anything that needs to be fixed he gets his people on it stat! Dog friendly, no weight requirements, NOPETRENT, and low rent for the area, decent size studio apartment.

Pros: — No pet rent(yay) — No pet deposit(weird, but yay) — Good size apartment for the price — Location, basically in the Pruneyard — Supposedly remodeling and upgrading, but haven’t seen much of an improvement with the exception of ugly yellow exterior paint Cons: — One parking spot for a two bedroom apartment… errrrr — Loud neighbors and manager does not care what time they make noise(normal noise is understandable, but not to the point that it wakes me from my sleep and I’m a hard sleeper) — Lots of people with pets and no one really cleaning up after their pets… note: do not walk on grass, especially at night — Upstairs neighbors sound like elephants at all hours — Carport(and therefore your car) smells like ashtray from all of the chronic smokers — Random fights in the building(day and night) — Cockroaches I feel like I’m living in an episode of Melrose Place and consistently utter the phrase«where do we live?»

I needed a place to live for about a year that accepted my pet cats and was surprised how difficult that search was. After many rejections, I tried the Pruneyard Plaza Apartments. The place was lacking in curb appeal, but I was very glad I dropped in to speak with the manager. The owner is totally remodeling the apartments and the exterior. It will soon be very nice and they gladly accept pets without an increase in fee or a bump in rent.
