Instant Storage Service

I called up asking about onsite storage. The woman took my address and looked on Google Earth to check my driveway size and if there were power lines or trees.
Unfortunately, they could see that there is a tree that would block them from being able to put the unit on my driveway.
But… I’m really happy to learn this in a phone call rather that a week later when they show up. Saves a bunch of time and the the hassle of dealing with refunds.

The pricing is right, the service impeccable. I wish only that all businesses were run this way. We’ve used ISS twice now for storage containers. The second time, we needed it the same day and it showed up in an hour. Just unbelievably smooth. We’ll never use anyone else for storage.

I could not possibly say enough good things about this business. Service up front was prompt, helpful and friendly. They called me to check how things were going and when they were picking up the storage unit, even helped my wife with a challenge she was having with our sprinklers. We had packed our whole house into the unit and our daughter came home sunday to get take a plane to Columbia on Monday morning. The passport was in the container. Even though the business was closed, the owner opened the gates, got our unit for us, called one of his guys to help unload hundreds of boxes to get to the one that had the passport. They brought another unit for us to load to. Today when we went back to reload the container, the other one was already next to it ready for us. When we were done, we went in to pay the bill and were not charged for use of the other unit, the overtime for the employee, the inconvenience to the owner or anything. This was service above and beyond what you find at most businesses today. I will shout their praises form the rooftops.

Great mini storage place! Really good prices and good location off the freeway. Definetely a lot better than the unit I had at Public Storage.
