I arranged an appointment through Amazon to set up a printer. They never showed up and, after I had been waiting 5 hours for them to arrive, they sent me an email cancelling the order. Totally unprofessional. What losers. They should get real jobs somewhere.

Arranged an appointment to install TV purchased through Amazon. Made appointment by phone with FJ Pro (FJ Pro, FJ Carpet & House Cleaning… it’s all the same company– Fonzi & Jillian). Received a call the night prior to my appointment from Jillian trying to book my initial appointment again. After sorting this mistake out (that should have been a big warning to me) and taking next day off of work, Fonzi never showed up. They blamed Amazon for missed appointment, even though I made appointment by phone with Jillian. Was told next appointment would be in two weeks. Horrible run-​a-​round. Do not use this service. There are far more professional companies out there.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had such an incredibly bad experience with this company I wanted to warn others. After showing up late, the girls did a sub par cleaning that was way over priced. They shattered my glass shower door and claimed it «wasn’t installed properly» and refused to install a new one. I didn’t get $ 800 of my deposit back because of the broken shower door as well as the bathroom door they broke. I also got money taken out of my deposit because my landlord had to finish cleaning the bathroom and dry the carpets they had cleaned. They refused to reimburse me for any of this even though their one job was to clean and they couldn’t even do that.
Overall, booking this company has cost me over a thousand dollars when all I wanted was a good cleaning to get my deposit back. I recommend you DO NOT book this company as you will regret it.

I love the way my house feels after Jill’s been here to clean. She is thorough and meticulous. She even washes the baseboards! She is dependable with her appointments and flexible if you need to reschedule. Her prices are very reasonable for the amount of time and work that she does. I’ve recommended her business to several friends and workmates. She offers free estimates so you can’t lose by checking out her business.
