After reviewing bids in 2010 for an annual report printing, my client initially went with Campbell Graphics because of the lowest bid. However, we soon learned that the excellent customer service (that went far beyond the prior year’s «green» printer in SF) was priceless. Dave, Dennis, Mary, Ron, Gale — a great team to work with.
Had I reviewed this last year, I would have given four stars due to prepress using CS3, but they’re now up to date — definitely would recommend them for any print job. I’ve seen an amazing range of products being processed, including business cards. Perhaps an alternative to ordering online?
