Public Service Announcement: They now carry Dole Pineapple Whip!!! It is my family’s favorite and you used to only be able to get it in Hawaii and at the Tiki Room in Disneyland. Now you can get it right in downtown Campbell!!! It’s kinda like a frozen pineapple sorbet and delicious to the last bite! They also have a wide selection of frozen yogurt and I highly recommend the cookie dough as a topping.

Such a great local business! Not only is their service friendly, but they have a diverse menu, so i can get my fix of chocolate chip cookies dough and try something new! Milkshakes, fro-yo, ice cream, custard, and AWESOME waffle tacos. You can smell them outside too O. O They even have dog-friendly treats!

Amazing ice cream, frozen yogurt, and frozen custard! Lots of great flavors that have some changes made daily, so if they don’t have the exact flavor you want now, try something else that sounds good and come back! If you order a topping, they layer it into your yogurt so you get bites throughout. My fiancé and I usually get the custard, but have also had the yogurt if the flavor is what we’re wanting. Or you can always do half and half if you can’t decide between two kinds! They also offer a free Doggy Yogurt for your pup so they don’t feel left out. It’s plain yogurt so safe for them. My dog loves it! He scoots his cup along the ground making sure he gets every bit. The location is great — downtown Campbell. Easy to have dinner down there then stop in here for dessert you can eat while walking around or sitting at a table near a heat lamp.

Went in right at opening on a Sunday during a busy farmers market. Was greeted by Andrea. Such a sweet person! I got a delicious pumpkin milkshake. Service was prompt and enjoyable. I’ve been here several times and their ice cream is always consistently delicious. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Ordered the Tin Roof Sundae and it tasted very icy than a smooth ice cream compared to other creameries. I mean I don’t mind it, but the quality of their ice cream was okay. It seemed to melt quickly but also have ice chunks in it. The flavor I had was good, it was very sweet and had a little too much fudge for my liking. They had chocolate covered hazelnuts mixed in which was a nice touch.

I dont understand the reviews for frozen custard here. Tried it 2x on different weeks and both times it smelled off(like old milk) and did NOT have the consistency of frozen custard. It is basically ice cream or maybe even frozen yogurt being sold as frozen custard. If you’ve ever had genuine frozen custard and seen the machine pushing out the product(there is much less air in frozen custard than in ice cream or gelato and it takes a special machine to create it) then you will know immediately this stuff is not legit. I am confused and have given up on finding frozen custard in the bay area.

Great ice cream n custard. My only qualm is that it’s the afternoon on a very hot day, perhaps more than 1 worker should be on duty? Line is out the door, defeating the purpose of the AC. Cmon people, we know you are better than this.

Pretty good! Looks like a brother/sister restaurant of Willow Glen Creamery. I just got a twist custard on a cone and my husband got their toasted almond and their extreme chocolate. The ice creams complemented each other. Chocolate was super rich which was balanced out with the nuttiness of the toasted almond. Would like to come again to try other flavors!

This is a great little shop that’s super convenient if you’re in Campbell. I stopped in after dinner one night and was impressed by the variety of flavors of ice cream, as well as frozen yogurt and frozen custard! I ordered the Chocolate Mint Crunch, which was delicious! My boyfriend got the Tin Roof Sundae and also enjoyed it. While the price here seemed a bit steep, they definitely load you up on ice cream, which was a HUGE plus!

Every time I have dinner now in downtown Campbell I think of this place. I accidentally stopped into this busy little place one night around 8pm and was overwhelmed with tasty choices to eat. They have a wide variety of flavors and ways to hold your choices. From milkshakes, to custard, to ice-cream, to icecream tacos… I actually have to stop writing about this because my mouth is watering good luck with entering this store be prepared

Awesome mango ice-cream :) Had chunks of real mango as well. This place is open pretty late and the Campbell downtown is a lovely place for a walk after eating your ice cream.

If you are a sucker for ice cream like me, you gotta go out of your way to get on the latest SCOOP of this good stuff. Chocolate fantasy… chocolate mint krunch… brownie a la mode… these crazy names definitely will drive you crazy once you take a spoonful. Creamy… light…delightful. Yes it is sweet but I’d choose my savory pleasure over concern for my diabetes any day. I’ve yet to try their frozen custards because I always get drawn in by all the names of the flavors and what not… but I will definitely try it next time I stop by. Staff is friendly and this place gets busy especially after dinner on the weekends. Only downside is that it is a little pricey(basically $ 4 for the 5 oz smallest cup)…but not like I go out to eat ice cream all the time… gotta splurge and eat like an ice queen sometimes.

I looked up Ice Cream on Unilocal after dinner tonight and saw this location. Well I chose the one in San Jose, but my GPS routed me to the one in Campbell. It’s ok, I’m just visiting the area, so I didn’t mind driving! The shop was pretty much empty, save one guy taking snaps, while waiting for his order to come up. The girl behind the register was more than happy to offer me samples a couple of flavours of ice cream(Peanut butter cup — SOMUCHPEANUTBUTTER) and Mint chip flake. I opted for the peanut butter, 2 scoops in a blue cake cone. It was tasty, the only draw back is that my mouth turned smurf blue from the cone. LOL. Ah well. The ice cream was delicious!

Mind=blown. I started this no sugar diet literally one day prior to walking by this dessert shop. I was doing well, too! We had Paris Baguette at work(I said«no»), someone brought cookies(nice try buddy), found tons of ice cream in our freezer(no way San Jose). We finished dinner nearby and my boyfriend brought me to Willow Glen Froyo for a surprise dessert. In the midst of saying no, I was completely overpowered by the smell of sweet, fresh cream and baked goods. After checking Unilocal,we knew we had to get their frozen custard. WOW. Just to switch it up, we tried German chocolate and peanut butter along with it. I LOVE how they layer the ice cream with toppings intermittently so every single bite has brownies/almonds/peanuts/whatever goodness. Why doesn’t anyone else do that? I need to return just to try their strawberry frozen custard. I’ve been dreaming about this stuff ever since I had it! Diets are overrated anyway. PS — that German chocolate was made of Wow Cow. So it had no added sugars and was dairy free. So in case anyone else is on a diet too, or is diabetic, I highly recommend you coming here! I hope they start offering more flavors of Wow Cow than just German chocolate! I’d come here everyday :)

Really, really, REALLY disappointed Willow Glen Fro Yo. Came in tonight around 7:30pm to see your staff helping themselves to the frozen yogurt and was then ignored by not one, not two, but three staff members. I really enjoyed your yogurt last time, but after standing in your shop for at least 2 – 3 minutes without so much as a «hello», I had to leave. I will try again next time I’m in downtown Campbell, but this time, I sincerely hope there’s better customer service.

I ordered the Brownie a la mode which was packed with brownies and chocolate yumminess and added rainbow sprinkles to the mix. Nice combination and good amount of sprinkles. My boyfriend ordered the Butterscotch ice cream(which was full of butterscotch, yum!) and added the snow caps(chocolate chips with sprinkles) as a topping. Those were a little bit more difficult to add onto the ice cream, since they were heavy and did not stick as well, so I don’t think we will order that next time. Something to consider! The servers were generous with the samples we asked for and gave us our fill of ice cream. If you are in the mood for ice cream, this is definitely a place worth checking out in Campbell! Can’t go wrong — lots of choices. Don’t forget to get your punch card!

GOOD: busy on a Friday night, which is a good sign that this place is good. I’ve been to the Willow Glen Creamery on Lincoln location. This location in Campbell like the location in Willow Glen gives out the DOGGY frozen yogurt(which is the same as the vanilla yogurt they give us humans in case you didn’t know). Be careful the first time I gave it to my dog he got upset stomach. He’s ok now after eating it a few more times, but if it’s the first time you may not want to give your dog a lot until they get used to it. Or make them eat it in small amounts so their stomach isn’t bombarded with a lump of something cold. You can bring your dog inside as long as they are on a leash. The line moved fairly fast as there was a good amount of staff working so that’s good they anticipate a busy Fri night and schedule enough staff accordingly. Their vanilla frozen yogurt at both locations I believe is by far their specialty. The inside is like a typical happy pink and white and bright ice cream/yogurt place. BAD: the guy who served me gave me my ice cream with chocolate all over the cup, which got all over my hands making a complete mess. I used napkins, but somehow with ice cream it’s still sticky even after wiping it there is still a sticky residue. I took off a star for that. I’ve seen other places wipe the cup before they hand it to customers. Maybe he was new. Other than that he was a friendly young guy. I got some sort of chocolate ice cream sundae flavor ice cream, which I did not like. Somehow at both locations anytime I order ice cream I tend not to like it. Their vanilla frozen yogurt is a safe bet, but that’s just me.

Mosied on in here after a Sunday afternoon at the Farmer’s Market. The employees were very friendly. What I swallowed: VANILLACUSTARDWITHHEATHTOPPINGS: So smooth and creamy, the custard was delicious! Not too sweat, just right. Glad I got a topping with it to cut it a bit but next time I may try some hot fudge and nuts! YUM!

After my hefty and mediocre meal from Sonoma Chicken Coop, I walked across street to the shady side of Campbell Ave; where there are two dazzling dessert places– a cupcake place and an ice cream parlor. I just need a sweet treat to redeem myself and beat the South Bay heat. The Willow Glen creamery has their own ice cream factory and brings them to their stores. The cute shop also serve frozen yogurt and frozen custard. The shop also gives you more options to crave your sweet tooth. It has been a long while since I had a bowl of frozen custard. The shop has four flavors of the custard. And I chose the lemon custard in a medium bowl for $ 3.95. For an extra $ 1.00 I chose a couple of toppings to accommodate my frozen treat. The lemon flavor has a nice tangy and strong lemon taste. Even with the South Bay heat, the frozen treat held up pretty well and not creating a mess along the streets of Campbell Ave. My Visa was accepted for the purchase of my treat. I am a big fan of the Willow Glen Creamery. Hopefully I will check out the other locations in San Jose!

I stopped by here while at the farmer’s market. My friend had raved about this place — saying we had to try it – so we ended up waiting about 20 minutes for the shop to open. I can confirm that it was well worth the wait. This business is a little on the small side, but in a cozy sort of way. Reminiscent of a typical small-shop ice cream parlor, this place stands out for its tasty flavors, variety of toppings, and reasonable prices. There are plenty of options to choose from. I was in the mood for something a bit on the sour side, so I ended up ordering a small cup of the raspberry sorbet. The small cup gives you plenty for its size, but there are always larger sizes for a few cents more. I thoroughly enjoyed my ice cream, and although I wish this place was closer to home, it’s probably for the best that it isn’t. I know I would be going a bit too often!
