I went through the drive thru today! And I am so disappointed to say. The quality of food was terrible. I’m sorry BK you guys are usually well, but sadly today my big King had old meat patties that were cold. And the middle bun was as hard as a rock. I took out the middle bun and I was hitting the table with it because it was so HARD! it really sucked because I was so hungry. Tough day.

2ndUPDATE: Sorry, I really just can’t enjoy this place with Lidia as an employee. I come here all the time with coupons, and this time my boyfriend’s Burger King app wouldn’t load for her to access the coupon. She argued with us back saying that she *needs* the code in order for the coupon to work, although there have been several times in which employees and managers have let us use the coupon even if we didn’t have to give it. Second, she didn’t give us our change and pointed at my boyfriend and I as if we were accusing her when we asked her again for our change. She looks at her register and realizes she didn’t give our change and chuckles. Third, she forgot to give us some of the sauces we wanted and our water. We realized on the way out of the drive thru so we didn’t bother going back to get it. I really will never be able to have a good experience here when every encounter I have with Lidia is an argument about a minor detail. UPDATE: There are now a plethora of new workers who are absolutely wonderful. They inform me to wait a minute when I arrive at drive-thru(which is true to their word), and I am helped immediately. Now when I ask for sauces, not only do I receive one, but 2 – 3, which is wonderful as well. I love that this place has changed so drastically because I come here 3−4x a week. Thank you to whoever took charge for this change! I leave as a happy customer every time, because I know that if I need to get fast food from Burger King, I can be in and out within 5 minutes, no longer 15 – 20. PASTREVIEW: What’s sad is I continue to come to this place because it is the closest one to me and I am simply in love with Burger King fries. With that said, I did not always dread this Burger King location. In fact, I loved it, that was until I realized that my perspective was skewed by the fact that I was always getting late night snacks at 10:30pm where there should never be any issues. I started going during lunch, during dinner, facing the same problem each and every single time. For some reason when I approach the drive-thru, nobody ever prompts to take my order. Never once. When I say, «Hello?» nobody responds. Hmmm okay, how weird since there is only ONE car ahead of me and they seem too swamped to take my order. it is probably until the third time I say, «Hello» that someone says«One second.» Oh, this is wonderful — there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Or so I thought. However, that one second slowly and unfortunately transforms into another five minutes. You know what, that’s fine, I can wait a few extra minutes for their fries. Once the order has been taken I think the rest of it will be a jiffy. Wrong. The cashier, specifically Lidia, takes my credit card and runs off with it and doesn’t swipe my card at the cash register. For all I know she could be twiddling her thumbs and texting in the backroom. I then have to wait another FIVE minutes before she is waving her hand at the next window for me to drive forward. Ok, at this point I think this might be the end of this everlasting order. No, unfortunately not. I asked her for two ranch sauces. She gave me one. I asked her for a second one to which she immediately snapped back saying, «We only give one because it’s not chicken nuggets.» Lady, excuse me, you just made me wait 10 minutes for my order, and I ordered chicken FRIES and you are not going to give me another ranch? Really? My chicken fries don’t qualify as chicken nuggets? Are you serious? You’re really going to be that technical? She argued with me three times before she gave it up. I did not know we would have to argue over a ranch sauce that costs your company a fraction of a cent when you have offered me terrible customer service every time you have taken my order. You should know that when you do not provide an acceptable amount of customer service, I can expect you to make it up in others ways. All in all, if you want good service, go during the night. I’m pretty sure Lidia doesn’t work during that time because I have always had good service then.

When I moved into the office building next door I thought, «Great, an occasional burger or salad, coffee, etc.». Well, was I sorely mistaken. I don’t expect much from fast food places, so it takes a lot to disappoint me, however, this place has really excelled at disappointment. First, service is EXTREMELY slow. A number of time I was the only one in line, and it would still take 5 minutes to have my order taken. Yesterday there were three people in front of me and only two cars in the drive thru, and I waited 30 minutes to have my order taken. I would say I only eat there when I have little time, but after yesterday, I think it would be faster to walk to the Walgreens for a drink, or drive to the Safeway for some chicken. Second, the burgers are occasionally hot. On a hot summer day, the whoppers are luke warm at best. One lady tried to talk to the manager yesterday about that and she was basically shown the warming lights to «prove» the food couldn’t be cold. Third, for soft drinks they have one of those machines where you can choose your soda via a touch screen and have it modified by adding vanilla or cherry, etc. Well, it functions as a regular soda machine most of the time because the cherry and vanilla rarely work. I have watched the employees behind the counter. There is no sense of service or urgency. The kitchen staff appears disorganized. Burger King once prided itself on providing hot food«Your way.» However, the food is neither hot(even if eaten in the store) and occasionally comes«Your way»(and mine is fairly simple, ketchup and onions… Oh, wait, that’s not right! «Ketchup only, onions only. No cheese, yes, that’s right, no cheese. Really, no cheese.»

This burger king has really fallen off the map. There are a lot of better fast food restaurant in the area. This place gets the job done if you are craving Burger King or have BK coupons Ordered the $ 4 two bacon cheeseburger, small fries and small soda(with coupon) Burger was dry and hella salty, fries were plentiful and the soda machine was out coke –_____– Overall: Will not return without coupons.

Ooooooh Burger King, Burger King, Burger King. How do I keep this short? Firstly, you are no King of Burgers. Always the same poop on stale buns. I used to be the kid with the cardboard crown around my dome devouring my whopper and shake. But I don’t know if I grew up, or you grew down. Betting on the latter considering I still buy comic books. I mean, I get the appeal, convenience and all that garbage, but nothing tastes fresh anymore. You’ve tried to change your fries like at least 3 times I can remember. No Luck. The Clown’s fries still perfect from day one. Your onion rings don’t even have real onions in them. Shameful. I will continue to hit you up for a usually good fish sandwich. But that’s about it. And even then I have to be extremely hungry. As noted earlier, this could be way longer, but I’m feeling nice today. Speed up drive thru, keep making meh fish sandwiches, and for the love of God wipe and clean kid’s play area occasionally. Like with real non toxic chemicals and shit. You can keep the silly hats, I’m an idiot and will ultimately wear one again… on my way to Carl’s Jr most likely.

Really bad. I love Burger King but this specific location needs to close. It’s a blight on the name. Bad service, crazy usage of space inside, overall terrible feel as if the franchise owner has forgotten about it. Also, a strange anomaly. I’m a regular breakfast eater at BK. Same thing every single time. #4 combo. Sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Large sized with a Diet Coke. Breakfast of Champions I’ve been charged 8 different prices! Sometimes 6.29, sometimes 6.85, sometimes 7.45, once 8.09. This isn’t due to fluctuations in any pricing, wholly due to poor training and indifferent workers. Avoid and go anywhere else

The Double cheeseburger and Cheeseburger I ordered from here were good enough… they DID add a little too much mustard on the burgers but the meat was flame-broiled really well and tasted good and the cheese was melty and delicious… my Coke tasted good as well. I went though the drive-thru and it took a while to get through it(around 10 minutes) because the driver ahead of me was fooling around and taking their sweet time to pay but by the time I got my food it was there waiting, hot and ready just for me. This is my go-to Burger King, it’s kinda gone downhill over the years but the food is still pretty good. I’ll still continue to go here as long as I live in the area.

This poor location just can’t pull it together. This trip, my order was a spicy chicken sandwich, large onion rings(extra crispy) and a diet dr pepper. chicken sandwich is fine. onion rings are cold. clearly they have been sitting under lights and my request for extra crispy ignored. Diet Dr Pepper is either regular Coke or Pepsi. Last visit the employee working the drive thru window walked off to chat with a coworker, taking my debit card with him. He had completed ringing up my order and should have returned card before walking off. Nothing negative happened however had to monitor my account for several days to ensure all was ok. Nice people, just not customer or detail oriented.

Well, my husband and i were in a hurry Saturday morning as it was our anniversary and he had surprise plans. We made it, but it wont change the fact this place is slower than a turtle with no legs. You know how they say phones are dirtier than a toilet seat? At about 9:30ish in the morning, an employee(Edwin), was on the phone the entire time. From the time we ordered(which was delayed since he made us wait for 5 minutes at the speaker box), til probably after we left. He handed us our food, but forgot my husbands drink and once my husband reminded him, he stood there on the phone talking for another 5 minutes before even giving it to him. I have come here before and have had no complaints, but boy, does the morning service suck here. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to process one order when there’s only two people in line, and barely anyone inside. If i go again, it will be a long time from now. Service was just bad.

I have a lot of good memories from this Burger King. It was the place my mom would take me after dance classes. We’d grab a shake and I’d play in the playground area. Now flash-forward 20 or so years(wow that sounds long!). No playground and horrible service. The last two times I visited I wish I hadn’t. Both times the wait was super long. To a point where grabbing take out at a sit down restaurant would have probably taken the same amount of time. Order was wrong. Items were forgotten. The cashier gave us back change and said it in Spanish(which I don’t speak). A kid dropped a soda on the floor and someone came out 5 – 10 minutes later to stick a caution cone on it and walked back to the kitchen. Food is about the same you’ll get from any Burger King. I just cant call this place«fast food» because it literally takes forever to get your food.

I work a few doors down from here, so obviously when my coworkers and I get hungry, this is one of our few regular food spots in our rotation! Sure, it’s just a Burger King in a semi-questionable area, but this is the ONLY fast food place that has NEVER messed up my order, or forgotten to put something I ordered in the bag! I get the chicken strips, and every so often there’s an extra chicken strip or two in the box! Hey, it’s the little things that make me feel impressed by a fast food joint :].

Do you like eating in an insane asylum or a prison yard? Then this is the burger king for you! The interior is very sad and«institutional» feeling and always smells of disinfectant, which, you know, YAY they disinfect the place, but the smell of it… ugh. They removed the children’s play ground for some reason(I’m gonna guess some kids got hurt and they can’t afford the lawsuits, but I don’t know this for a fact) and put some seating out there, but the high, solid walls lend to a feeling of being imprisoned. The food is okay if you like burger king, but if you want them to get your order right, don’t use the drive-thru. They do get your order right at the counter(at least they have every time I’ve gone in) But if you go to the drive-thru, you’ve completely lost them on order accuracy. So since it is soul crushingly depressing to eat in the dining area, and the drive-thru is made of fail, I can only really suggest that you go in, order from the counter and leave with your take away to someplace more pleasant, like the bus stop bench on the sidewalk in front of it or the lobby of the bank across the street… any place would be better than sitting inside this restaurant and trying to eat.
