Peter is the BEST.
I do a lot of corporate branding for a Fortune 100 company, so it’s easy to find companies that want to work with us. However, I had an odd request for just ONE item to be embroidered, with turnaround time of 2 days.
Nobody would take my order. Even companies that I’ve sent thousands with. That was until I reached Peter.
He was really great to work with, and treated a single order with as much importance as a large order. This speaks volumes to me as I fully support the small mom and pop shops that care about each and every customer, whether they’re a big fish or a small fish.

I needed a last minute order of hats for a Halloween costume and Brand U had them ready for me the next day. My other option was to order from Amazon and rush my delivery, but at only $ 4 a hat this was a no brainer. Great service and great prices.

The Unilocal definition of 5 stars is «As good as it gets!» Peter works really hard to ensure you not only get what you want, but also get it at a good price. I am from the Midwest and I believe in the «twenty year handshake»…I want to shake some ones hand as if I am going to know them for twenty years rather than twenty seconds. I certainly got this feeling from Peter.
I needed some uniforms for our company team. I kn ow there will be turnover from «season» to season. Peter had the patience with me as we looked and felt different fabrics, looked at various colors schemes, logos, etc.
The process was easy. No hidden charges. On time delivery. Solid positive experience.

Peter worked with me over the course of a couple of months on some branded tote bags and t-shirts. I was a bit of a pain as a customer, since my orders required a bit more back and forth communication than other probably do. Peter was great the whole time and all the items turned out GREAT! Amazing shirts.
Great prices.
Over-the-top customer service.
We ordered 70 shirts from Peter and wanted them in 4 different colors. He researched all the companies that made what we wanted, sent us the choices, and then worked with us to keep us in budget. He even sent a picture of the first shirt off the press to let us see. They turned out great and THEN…
We needed an emergency run of 20 MORE shirts! In two days.
They are magicians at Brand U and have a loyal customer in me!
