So far I have only had two sessions with Emma and I love it! Where else can you work out in a group setting and keep tabs on your little one? Yeah, I have DVDs that I plan to use after the house is clean, baby is fed/asleep, but it doesn’t seem to happen yet. She has tough workouts but has plenty of accommodations for preggos, newly post partum and injuries. She also has Facebook group that has bonus workouts posted. The cons: Only 4 regular sessions during the weekdays. The pace is based on the least fit attendees, which is a pro until you get into better shape. They are about to add a few brand new instructors with no experience teaching and Emma won’t be teaching as much. :-( There are packages sometimes for the weeknight crowd but communication regarding these classes is not easy to find. It can be found on a picture in the Facebook page among nearly 400 other unrelated pictures. So unless you are already a member or know a member you can’t find the information. Even for me a member, it’s a painstaking sift through 100’s of pictures to find the details.

I started going to Baby Bootcamp three months ago now. Since joining I feel more toned and have been able to gain more endurance when running. August is a great trainer, she pushes you to work harder, but at the same time she encourages you to listen to your body. I love that I can bring both my kids and they are active, running around the park, while I am getting a great workout!

What an awesome workout without the guilt of leaving the baby behind. Since joining about 6 months ago, my baby is 1 year old, I have gained muscle, lost fat and inches, and gained some friends too. August is a great trainer, she makes sure that there is a level for everyone, and really cares about you and your fitness.
