Appletree Square Apts

Lovely complex, fair price for the area. Have just been here a short while, but I think the apartment manager is great. Responsive in addressing concerns and getting things fixed. She is friendly. Someone else wrote a review and noted that this place is not family friendly. I see kids that live here and play in the pool, all are quiet, respectful and well behaved. Perhaps the child of the previous reviewer was more rambunctious and energetic. Haven’t been here long, but love it so far.

HORRIBLE!
The only reason I gave this complex one star is because of Carlos (most amazing maintenance guy ever).
The property manager Allia made this complex sound kid friendly and family oriented when I first decided to move in. Her attitude quickly changed after living there for a couple months.
*children were not allowed to ride bikes, scooters, or skateboards on the property or perimeter side walks.
*any noise she hears from your unit or pool use regardless the time of day she will come and let you know you are too loud.
*she walks the complex looking for outdated car registrations and will harass you about it even if your registration is to date.
*all the remodeling is a hack job. They cut corners to save money.
*NEVER any hot water! If you complain about it you will have hot water for a few days then it goes back to cold.
*you are not allowed to use your own curtains or have anything in your windows or she will complain.
I can go on and on but please, really, stop and think before moving here. It might be a little cheaper then surrounding complexes but it’s not worth the headache.
If you are a quite person who is rarely home with little family then it might work out for you.
