Today Sam had Hawaiian Lau Lau(Pork wrapped in spinach, traditionally taro leaf but since we don’t have that here…) and it was DELICIOUS! Seriously, this guy makes my day every time I see him — a big smile and warm hugs. He is planning on doing a buffet at this location on New Years Day eve I believe(Friday?) with picnic tables and tiki torches and several dishes to try. Please go see him, his food is amazing!
