Been here now for two months while waiting for our house back home to get leased out so we can move forward with renting/​buying a home. Nice, quiet, and clean. Read online the reviews of other RV parks in the area and was less than impressed by the time I did the Google Earth shots (right next to major roads and freeways). This place sits way down at the end of a road in a residential neighborhood. No swimming pool which is why I guess most folks don’t give it high marks, but nice laundromat on site with three washers and three dryers. Full hook ups (50 amp service included). I’m paying $ 350 month plus electrical which ran $ 75 last month. Nice friendly campers, some long term residents but nicely kept «yards». We are almost tempted to just stay here through the summer, but knowing how hot it gets here we’ll probably move on in about two months. Would definitely come back.
