Two Cousins Pizza

Great pizza and yummy food. Lots of delicious cheese and pepperoni. The large is like a medium and a half not too important, and the pepperoni is small yet it was great pizza. I would come back again, but it was not my favorite pizza place ever.

Its so crazy about this comment. The young lady on the phone was very polite and calm and respectful to you. We’re all human we make common mistakes that is what it is. You said you’ve been coming in here years so you should know by now that we would have fix the mistake but instead you insist on throwing a pizza at me so you’re correct I did shut the box and told you I didn’t have to see it because I already knew what was worng with it ! Second I didn’t call you any other names. I didn’t even say that you were a jerk I said you were acting like a jerk you’re getting your words twisted. Anyone that throws a pizza at me is acting like a jerk especially coming from the person that’s been coming in for years and knows that we would have fixed the issue it should have been solved from there. And what’s crazy is you did mention about the French fries being cold the time you would get back to your house so I did make you a whole new order of french fries as well as I saw that you didn’t put that in the comment. This whole statement, whatever you want to call it made me smile. I love how its half of the story but not the full version of the story. I’m pretty sure in your life you’ve made many mistakes and the biggest one you made was throwing a pizza at me. I’m very calm and collected respectful and as you left with the extra sauce pizza already had another pizza in the oven for you because I wasn’t going to run after your car to get you sorry I don’t know what planet you live on but I live on earth. All I can really say is all I did was fix the mistake unfortunately mistakes happen move on with your life but don’t sit here and give one side of the story when you know clearly we fix all the issues with this issue.

This is right around the corner from my house so we have gone here for a long time. A few years ago New management took over and the food was horrible so we stopped going. When the original owners returned we started going again, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week.
We just ordered from them tonight and a young girl answered the phone when I called the order in. It seems like every time she takes the order it is messed up. I always order light sauce (very little) on my pizza. When I got home the pizza had extra sauce. Since it was right before they were closing, I called so they could start make a correct pizza. When I got back, I put the pizza on the counyer and started to open the box. The son of the owner came over and pushed the box closed saying «I know it’s wrong» I was pretty angry as it had been a long day already, which is why I ordered pizza, so I said in a not very nice way that my fries would be cold until I got home. The son proceeded to call me a jerk. Along the the way there were a few other ugly names he called me. He also told me to stop picking on his cousin, she is human she makes mistakes. Never once did he apologize. The cousin just gave me a dirty look and walked in the back.
Anyway, as good as the food is, we will not be going back due to the horrible customer service. When I told him that, he said «Fine, we don’t need your business.»
This kid is normally very nice but apparently he can not handle unhappy customers.

hello khalids we had this name for 18 years becauce it was cousins that started this pizza shop we were around way befor brothers pizza and 5 guys !!!

Pizza was tasty, but they got our order wrong (we ordered 1 extra cheese and 1 green pepper). I specifically asked if they used fresh peppers and they said yes, but alas– they were definitely pickled. I was a little surprised at the size of their «medium» pizza. 2 for $ 18.99 was the special, but I’m not so convinced that was such a special deal.

This was a tough one, I have placed orders several times for our office since the «original» owners took back over and the food has been delicious. However, this time when I called the order in I was given a total that did not match mine, I questioned and was told pricing went up they will bring a new menu. So I collected extra from all who ordered to make sure we gave a fair tip, problem is when I looked at the receipt I received on delivery to see the prices that went up I found that they put a gratuity on the total, never have I seen a pizza shop do this since they boost «FREE DELIVERY» the tip should be left to us to decide. It is not mentioned anywhere on their menu that they do this either. I called to question it and the dude that answered the phone (either the manager or owner not the driver he was very nice), was to say the least obnoxious and that is being nice, he basically talked over me and would not allow me to get a word in just kept telling me we should have known that from the receipt, hello I did not get the receipt until you made the delivery. He proceeded to tell me that he owes us nothing when I requested the money back because we paid a double tip. This was a 100.00 order and he treated me very badly over the request to get half the tip back because they already charged it. Well if I was a business owner I would have apologized and given the money back they wrongfully took, instead this guy decided our future business was not worth him giving back money they he took deceitfully by not disclosing he charges a tip on the bill upfront without your knowledge. We are done doing business with this character, there is more than one good pizza shop town and I am sure they will treat us like valued customers and will not take money that does not belong to them.
I just received a call from our lobby and apparently the driver and the guy front the phone came to my place of business and wanted me to come down stairs, thank goodness we have a secure building I did not trust this guy to go down there after the way he treated me on the phone.

The location was close to our house, so we ordered here often. We always loved the food. Especially the pizza. The portion sizes are great too. A little pricey, and not always the friendliest service.

I think that’s such an uncool name though. There’s more businesses in and around Harrisburg like this one, such as Two Brothers, Five Guys etc. I think those are really unimaginative, uncreative names.
