I was quite impressed by the reviews of this salon, and since I just moved to the area a few months ago, I figured it would be worth the try. It definitely was! This pregnant lady was very happy :) I went in specifically for a pedicure two weeks ago, and it was great. They didn’t try to push me into anything more expensive than what I wanted. I was politely handed a menu of different pedicures to choose from so I could pick the one that fit my needs. Everything was very relaxing and they use fresh pedicure tools, which made me super pleased! I went to cosmetology school, and I know how dirty people can be. So the fresh kits are a HUGE plus! And the woman beside me was super friendly, which was nice as well. I also got a manicure, which was pretty straight forward. nothing frilly. All-in-all, this place is great! So great that I just made an appointment for my daughter, my fiancé(for his first pedicure ever), and myself for tonight :) I can’t wait and neither can she… however, I am thinking he is a bit nervous. Haha! You definitely have to check this place out!

Just left Sally Nails and Pedicure. Before I went I called for pricing for mani/pedi. Was told $ 36. $ 25 for pedi and $ 12 for mani but together $ 36. When I got there was shown a card to pick which pedi I wanted. I went ahead and selected the spa pedi which I know cost $ 5 more. No problem. Then was moved to another girl for manicure. She kept fooling around with the colors and couldn’t use the same polish that is on my pedi. I kept asking her why and she kept bringing me other colors to try to match. Ended up costing $ 57. $ 30 for pedi and $ 27 for mani. I paid but called Sally. She said yes this is correct because she put gel on my finger nails. I said I never asked for gel. I kept asking her why she didn’t use the same polish as on my pedi. She kept saying no we need to pick this. As it turns out my mani and pedi don’t even match. I never aksed for gel polish. Beware when you come to this shop what you are paying for. Establish it up front which I should have done. They just lost a NEW customer.

I have to say that Sally and Joe are the BEST people in the world! I started on Derry Street(and believe me coming there from the West Shore was not fun– but WORTH the trip). Then to my surprise the new location only 10 minutes away from my house? Fantastic! Sally and Joe treat me like family and I can’t say I have ever had a unpleasant experience! I even screwed up a nail almost a week after getting my nails done and they fixed it for free with no questions! They are funny and personable and they really do get to know their customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else nor would I trust my yucky ingrown toenails to anyone but Joe! I love you guys! Best experiences in a beautiful new salon! Kudos!

I now rudely had the owner contact me accusing me of never being there and being paid to write a negative review! His reasioning was correct because the math did not add up. I failed to mention I had gel polish, excuse me. Now the total of a bill of $ 80 is correct. He also demanded I take my post down because my it has resulted in staff being fired and is not fair. Well sir, let me tell you this is not how to get return customers or fix unhappy one’s.
