My wife & I, two daughters, and my father-​in-​law, gave JP a herculean task of finding THE perfect house, with in-​law quarters, that we could close on, AND move into, in just a 2 – 3 week time frame. She emailed some potential homes within minutes of our asking her to work with us. Within a few days, AND quite a few house visits, she told us of THE PERFECT HOUSE that she found through her own networking. We closed without much drama at all, due to her footwork. We then hit a major roadblock with movers, and JP again shined brightly, providing some fantastic movers that were ‘simply the best’! We now are happily in our new home, with only cardboard boxes to remind us of this huge, but professionally handled process.
