Very good but not great — we typically get pizza here once per week. My only complaint is that the pizza is very greasy.

Total thief gf ordered 50 wings his flyer and website says 31.99 and she had 10 off certificate so should have been charged 21.99. He charged her $ 30. So he will get his 10 for it and make a 40 off an order that should have been 21.99. Never again.

The owner is very cheap, charging you for things like splitting 24 wings into half bbq/half medium, he won’t give you a normal weekday deal price as advertised when using a coupon that was prepaid($ 10 for $ 20 worth of food). The pizza is OK at best(too much cheese, crust is plain) but the service and treatment of the customer are my main issues. Lastly, this is a general problem around this area, wings in styrofoam need to vent or the wings become soggy. Just a couple pokes in the lid alleviates this. Antonio’s in Fairmount is the best pizza around. Cam’s is pretty good, Pudgie’s horrendous and I refuse to eat at Extreme Pizza Kitchen because of the name alone.

Have gone here 3 times for pizza now, fell for the screw job twice but not tonight! The first time we seen a sign in the window while driving past stating«Large cheese pizza $ 6.99» called, ordered it went to pick it up. The owner rang us out at $ 12.99 stating that the $ 6.99 price was Mon-Thurs only and that it was on the window sign. It was written so small that you could not see it from the street. A month later I stopped for a slice, there was a sign out front stating $ 1.00 slices, he charged me $ 2.00 saying that someone forgot to take the sign down. so I paid the 2 bucks. Tonight being a Tuesday I called for the $ 6.99 special the girl told me that it is now $ 7.99, when picking it up «Nick» I believe, got up from the customer seats where he was watching Italian TV and looking at his iPad to ring me out. He said $ 9.99 plus tax. Stating that no one in town will give you a pizza for $ 7.99 on a Tuesday I told him the girl on the phone said $ 7.99. He didn’t care, the price was $ 9.99 or I could not have the pizza. I said that I drove all the way here and was only paying the $ 7.99 that I was quoted. Now the whole time this girl was standing behind him giggling and making faces, I’m not sure about what or at who. Finally I played the Italiano card and got the pizza for $ 7.99. Many posts on many sites about the same type of things happening to many people, just read them. Hopefully he will go under soon!

Wings were good, but when i went to pickup the price was completely different from what was stated on the website. when I called to ask about the discrepancy. the explanation I received was quite humurous, The person on the phone explained that chicken wings(the wholesale price) Went SkY high and EVERYONE was loosing money. Ok… Well OIP didn’t change their prices??? Back to my call… He said the price was higher because of said wholesale price. and another dollar for, and I quote“something I’m not sure” Now I’m a pretty loyal guy when it comes to my pizza joints… but for someone who will take advantage of a new and potential repeat customer doesn’t deserve my hard earned money. Stick with OIP for the Wings. they are much more consistent and loyal. I totally agree With Tracie L’s review

I love their food! However it is not much of a eating out place.

If this review was on taste alone, it would definitely be 5 stars! This is some of the best pizza in the Syracuse area, at least that I have had and I have lived here for 6 years now. The wings and boneless wings are good. Calzones are hit or miss. I am not completely sure, but it appears that if you get a cheese calzone, it has ricotta and mozzarella. If you order it with some other filling(i.e. broccoli, spinach, mushroom) there are not 2 cheeses and it is not nearly as flavorful. My BIG complaint is simply the lack of consistency in pricing. Nick changes his coupons, specials and pricing all of the time. He has a sign out front that shows $ 1. slice and in extremely small print that is not that dark, it states 10am-3pm. The weekly special on Wed nights changes all of the time too. The deals really are not a deal, if you do the math. A more minor complaint, that I have heard from others too, is that often the food is not ready when I arrive to pick it up. You can call and be told 20 minutes to pick up and you arrive in 20 – 25 minutes and then you still wait for 20 more minutes. It appears as if he does not even put the pizza in until you arrive. Nick knows how to make a great pizza but not how to retain customers! At this point, I have written off any further purchases there. I have started trying the surrounding pizza places to find something comparable. Though I have to drive further and pay comparable or slightly more, I would rather give my business to someone who doesn’t just care about the bottom line(or doesn’t make it so blatantly obvious!) but treating the customers well, so that they want to come back.
