I can not say enough about this place. So nice and they do such a good job. Totally reasonable as far as price. Also I highly suggest asking for a design with your pedicure as they do such a pretty job.

My daughter and I have been coming to this salon since they opened and we have had nothing but professional service and extremely professional contact with the staff. They are polite from the minute you walk in to the goodbye when you leave. I have pedicures, manicures and massages, and my daughter has had pedicures and gel nails. They have been very courteous to my daughter when she came in with broken nails from sports and needed repairs. My pedicures last just as long as they have from all the nail salons I have visited and typically (because I type and do dishes and use my hands a lot) the manicures wear at the tips within a couple of day, same as every other place I have had manicures at. The place is large, clean and bright with a couple of tvs to watch. Their specials can’t be beat!

My daughter had a bad experience with the quality of our mani/pedi’s last week. They didn’t do what we paid for and the whole experience was a rip-​off. I paid extra for the callus removal which she barely touched. My daughter asked them not to cut her nails off, only to file them and either they didn’t hear her or they weren’t paying attention and they cut them all off. My daughter was livid. Also, our nail polish started coming off the next day because they didn’t use a base coat on my daughter or a top coat on me. We will go elsewhere. Too bad because the place is nice and new and the technicians are very friendly. Just not experienced enough to do a good job.

I stopped in there this past weekend and they were extremely busy. I wanted some information about there services. As I was talking to the female at the desk a customer approached and asked why her daughter hadn’t been helped yet as she had been sitting at the manicure table. The female didn’t say excuse me or any communication to me at all-​she just walked away. That made my decision to not do business with them. When I walked out, a woman who had been waiting walked out too.
Maybe they have growing pains but they should revisit there customer service skills!!!
I went to a competitor in the area and had an excellent experience!
