I placed an order online for the first time today. It said my order would be there in 30 minutes. My order was there in 20 minutes and I was very impressed with that. Thank you for the good customer service.

We get this pizza carryout around once a month. The people on the phone are nice. Honestly the pizza tastes better than the place that is closer to us. My husband picks it up on his way home from where he works. It’s clean, it’s small but most aren’t huge. Apparently one of the other reviewers caught them on a bad night. They do put their spinach on top of every pizzas as they have specialty ones like that and the garlic cheese sauce is a fairly new rollout b/c I ordered a cheeselovers pizza and they told me it now came w/the creamy garlic. Once you get out of the city, the new rollouts take time to get to the little towns. Try it, it’s good pizza. If you want gourmet, head back to the city.

I won’t hesitate in saying that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant that serves pizza. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Pizza Hut since neither of us had it in a while and we had kind of a craving for it, plus we were celebrating my boyfriend’s new job which he started this week. If only we had decided on another restaurant… I should have known that the night was doomed to failure from the ill omen that met us as we entered the building: A large table housed a group of around twelve or thirteen, and one lonely girl on the verge of tears, who couldn’t have been more than seven, sat in a booth separated from the group. The group had drinks on the table when we walked in so they had been there for a bit and I never heard their food order so they had also ordered their meal before we were even in the building(I only mention because I passively paid attention to the disaster they were having with the unbelievable staff in the midst of our own predicament). We sat down, ordered our drinks, then ordered a personal pizza with red onions and spinach for myself, an order of bread-sticks to share and a medium pizza for my boyfriend(who was planning on having leftovers) with their Creamy Garlic Parmesan sauce. We waited around for about fifteen minutes and then received my personal pizza and the bread-sticks. The first thing that I took in was the unbelievably moronic way they perceived«spinach pizza», It was a personal pan pizza with red onions baked in… and spinach leaves laid gingerly across the top. They were whole spinach leaves and they hadn’t been cooked at all. Since that was absurd and wouldn’t hold up as I ate it if I tried, I simply took the leaves off and ate the pizza. The pizza itself was pretty good as I was eating it, and I enjoyed our bread-sticks well enough. It was another fifteen minutes before the other pizza had shown up and I was done eating mine and all but one bread-stick. When it got to us however, we found that they had given us a pizza with the wrong sauce, and my boyfriend almost took it to avoid over-complicating things, but I insisted that we were celebrating and that he shouldn’t just settle for something he doesn’t like. So we asked them to make us another with the right sauce, which they promptly said they would do. It was around this point that the table behind us(the large group table that had been there since before we had entered) got their food as well. I happened to overhear that they had a send-back pizza as well so they were re-making two pizzas and the restaurant was getting pretty busy at that point. We then waited another 40 minutes before we heard a single thing about our re-made pizza all the while, I started feeling sicker and sicker. By the time we got the re-made pizza I had almost vomited on the table multiple times. During this 40 minute period we witnessed the server come back to tell the table behind us that they had finished their re-made pizza but that they had dropped it on the floor so they were making them a third pizza. We also saw a table receive their food before their drinks. And if that wasn’t enough after 40 long minutes another server came to take my boyfriend’s credit card as the first server had already given us the check. He then brought back the receipt for him to sign and as I was getting impatient, I asked him if our pizza was done; at which point he said, «Which one was your pizza?» We stared blankly at him when he grabbed the receipt and said, «I’ll go back and see if they’ve made it.» if… IF! IF they had made our pizza. I almost lost my cool at this point, and my boyfriend said that if it wasn’t done he was just going to ask for a refund and we’d be on our way. He came back with our pizza a few minutes later and stammered through an explanation about how they had left it on a counter in the back room and how if we wrote down the number we’d use the next time we order pizza from them on a napkin we’d get store credit. Next time we order? I think not. We tipped one dollar and two temporary tattoos just to let them know how terrible of a job they had done.

This may not be saying much, but I find this to be the best pizza in Cameron. I always get carry out as the restaurant is small and it feels crowded to me. The pizza has always been good. The service is good as well. They always have young folks working there, but they have always done well by me.
