Some confusion behind their 510 batteries, their 510 ONE does not work well with 510 cartridges (SMOK TEK brand). Apparently they are from another manufacturer, not JOYE. They were willing to refund my money upon item return, even though it was a clearance item. They did not, however, refund the return shipping to a PO box meaning I was subject to USPS rates.

The worst customer service ever. 2 people work there and tell you 2 different things. My vapor is 3 weeks old and paid 80.00 plus for it. The juice tastes burnt. Replaced coil 4 times! The manager saw what I was talking about if you raise the watts the volts should not go up! She said yes it’s broke but I did not have my receipt to replace it ! She cleaned it and put a new coil in and put in new juice next day juice tastes burnt. I went back with my receipt and was told that it is not broken and she said that the volts should go up when you change the watts. She said I have to come back to see manager ! I am over this place ! Will go back tomorrow and get it replaced ! Will never return or recommend this place to no one !
