Great chill vibe at this studio. Love the assortment of teachers with their own unique offerings. It’s also the only studio around that offers Kundalini. The infrared heat makes you feel warm and cozy like your practicing yoga wrapped in a blanket rather than having the heat forced upon you. I’m a fan!

Cute little studio. I attended a class taught by Genevieve and it was really nice. At the beginning of the class she had everyone partner up and introduce themselves to break the ice. I thought that was pretty cool. The class itself was relaxing and also a bit challenging for a newbie like myself. I’ll definitely come here again if I’m ever back n the area.

Sol Flow is the best yoga studio in Cameron Park and it is worth the drive to come from Folsom, El Dorado HIlls, Shingle Springs, Rescue, El Dorado or even Placerville. It is not as hot, dry and intense as Bikram Yoga but instead a warm and cozy heat that is just enough to allow a healthy sweat and your body to flow and stretch with ease. Since it is radiant from panels on the ceiling and not forced air heat the room has zones. Some days I want a bigger sweat I can sit at the front of the class or for a cooler experience hang out by the back door. The room is so relaxing and always really clean. With the Himalayan salt lamp and oil diffuser even the air is positive and encouraging! The ceiling lights are never super bright and all the instructors are so calm, passionate, friendly, and encouraging. No one ever scowls at me when I arrive late ;) They also offer a kids yoga class and are always doing new things each month like a yoga training course, family yoga/craft days, free baby massage classes, and other cool things like that. Such a sense of community unlike when I would got to yoga at my gym. Sol Flow has quickly become my happy place when I need some quiet away from the kids and stresses of life. Thank you!

I’ve practiced at a lot of studios in the area and all over the United States. I think I am going to make this studio my new home base. It is just getting going, but it has a lot of heart and soul. The classes are small, but growing each time I practice. Those who attend seem genuinely interested in learning and growing with their yoga and are friendly. The teachers are very good at leading practice which allows for all levels and capabilities. The studio offers both vinyasa flow and yin, which compliment each other so beautifully. In addition, it offers Kundalini yoga which is one of my favorites because of the huge energy and core stregthening benefits I experience. I love the radiant heat and the fact that you can choose your zone or level of heat. If you’re looking for a place to start your practice or grow it, I highly recommend Sol Flow Yoga.
