However I needed to have some questions answered regarding a loan and every employee I spoke with was above and beyond in their kindness, willingness to help and professionalism. The gal who answered phone was joyful and kind.
I ended up speaking with their loan officer Bob. The bank was not able to help me, however he immediately offered to contact another contact he knew that he thought might be able to find the information we needed. I have called bank after bank after bank and never received even close to the same willingness to help. Conclusion: makes me want to move my banking business here.

Too many errors and staff not adequately trained or supervised. Need trust and reliability with a bank, and those things are lacking here .at least in all my dealings with them. I got out of there.
