If you are a Peace Officer, Fire Fighter or in public service do not give this office the honor of your patronage. They make you sign a service agreement allowing them to charge $ 65.00 for missed appointments before they will see you, knowing that law enforcement is not an 8 to 5 job.
Then when you miss an appointment and explain your job sometimes requires you to be late or miss appointments without notice, you are told to call ahead of time regardless or make better use of your time. I’m sorry Charlotte I can’t control the minds of criminals or walk away from my job when someone is being assaulted to call and cancel my appointment.
The office staff are rude, combative and really could use a course in customer appreciation and satisfaction. Please join me in boycotting this establisment in an effort to say we deserve better more professional treatment.
