I have taken two rings to Jon Bate for repair; one was a simple fix, the other was a total reconstruction that basically resulted in making a new ring. Everyone there was friendly, honest, and professional, committed to getting things right. Prices were very reasonable (the reconstructed ring cost waaay less than I’d feared or expected), both times the ring was ready when promised, and each ring was done perfectly. They’re gorgeous! Jon even fixed a botched repair from a different (large, very well-​known) jeweler. There’s no need to go anywhere else!

Jon Bate Jewelry did an amazing and wonderfully affordable job adding a diamond and fixing my 45 year old wedding ring and getting the water out of my watch. Wonderful and very caring service. First time using this jewelry store and from now on will be the only jewelry store I use. So happy that they are not only great at what they do but close to my home. I wish I could give them 100 stars, they are that good.
