I love this motel for its«old school» charm and cozy feel. We had a wonderful stay here this week and I really admire that the owners have preserved the same atmosphere as when my family and I stayed many years ago. My mom and I reserved this motel for our road trip to Camden earlier this week and were welcomed upon arrival by the very friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was nowhere near as comfy as mine at home, but I have slept on far worse while traveling. I also took advantage of the pool on that very hot afternoon. The grounds are spacious and it feels a bit like driving into a private little village when entering the parking lot. A restaurant is located next to the office. A full breakfast is served here on the weekends, but weekday mornings is continental only. We went into Camden center for dinner, so did not get to experience the on site restaurant. I believe there is a pub inside as well. When we returned to the motel that night after dinner we heard some live music so it seems like a fun and happening type of place. I also must note, the music was not loud enough to disturb us once we were in our room. Not that I would mind because I like my music nice and loud, but I realize this might be a concern for some. Cute, cozy, convenient, and affordable. Definitely consider Cedar Crest on your next trip to Camden.

Stayed here the other night it was really very pleasant. The rooms are spacious and very very clean. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The rates were very reasonable. We were a walk in and they accommodate us with no issue. The restaurant was also very good, although we did just have breakfast there. The location is good. Just outside of down town so it’s very quiet. There is also a grocery store very close by. If you are looking for a place in Camden I would recommend giving this one a try.

This is a clean, comfortable, and moderately priced facility. I stayed three nights in a «Cabin» room and would gladly return. I was able to take advantage of a mid-week special and saved a total of 20% off the published rate. I forgot to ask about AAA or Senior rates. If you’re here for the ocean, you’ll be happier somewhere else, but the grounds are beautifully maintained, and there is a swimming pool. It’s located on US1, but the road noise was not noticeable in my room. It is only a mile from Camden center, and about eight from Rockland. My room was well equipped with fridge, micro, TV, wi-fi and ironing; everything worked as it should. There is a restaurant on premises open for lunch and dinner except for Monday, but I didn’t try it. This is an excellent option for those here to explore the area’s restaurants and other attractions.
