I no longer live in Benton County, but when I did this place was a godsend.(I lived in the middle of nowhere [pardon the cliché] and had no really close friends, so this drive-in gave me one of my few social outlets.) The stadium parking guaranteed an unobstructed view of the big screen. And no tinny sounding boxes hanging in the window — the audio was broadcast on FM so you could listen in full stereo. The entrance fee was very low — I don’t remember exactly, but it was something like 4 bucks. For *two* first run movies! And the food — it was typical movie theater fare — burgers, dogs, nachos, popcorn — but it all was fresh and good, and dirt cheap, for movie food. I really loved this place and miss it. I was there every time the bill changed!
