We used a loaner vehicle while we were having the service done on our 2014 Chevrolet Captiva. Our appointment was at 9:30. They said it would take a couple of hours. They called at 11:30 to tell us it was ready. When we returned to pick it up they realized it had not been washed or swept out. We waited and it was 1:20 before we were notified that it was ready. The wash and interior swept out was totally unsatisfactory. The cargo area was not touched and then I washed the windows and mirrors again after returning home. Very disappointed.

I took my Malibu to Hubler, because my A/C wasn’t working. My blower motor had went bad. I called on Thursday 7⁄2 to make my appointment for the following Monday because I was off from work. I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time at 10:30am. It got closer to 5 and I never heard anything so I decided to call. The guy that answered the phone told me that he had just started looking at my car. I was shocked since my appointment was at 10:30. I called back at 6 and the person who answered the phone stated the service department was gone for the day. I was shocked. I needed my car for work the next day. I went to the dealership and asked to speak with someone in charge. I explained to the guy what has happened. He called the manager of the service department and he said he tried to call me and left a voicemail. He never called. I had no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. I let them keep my car to repair it because I really had no choice at that time. They did give me a loaner car. The loaner car was filthy. Pics will be attached to this review. The next day I had to call to see if my car was ready. I got there it was over $ 300 and they told me they waived some part. I don’t believe it. Then the service guy had the nerve to ask me if I had topped the loaner car off with gas. I said no and he just looked at me. This place is horrible. I will drive a hundred miles to keep from going there again. I would recommend to others to stay away from it too. l Update 7÷17÷15 I got a call from Greg Hubler himself about this review that I had left on Unilocal.He apologize for the service I had received at his location. He wanted to make it up to me, because of the service I had received. I really appreciated the fact that the owner took the time to call me. Bi will go back in the future and give this dealership another chance.

STAYAWAY! This is the absolute worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. They will do anything to get you to buy a car from them. Which in itself wasn’t a bad experience. But beware once you do service is non existent. What service there is, is stupidly priced. Even for a dealership. Even wanted to charge me for a recall issue that was covered by GM. I’ve never written a bad review in my life, but do yourself a favor and stay away. The good news is I’ve talked to plenty of people with similar experiences, from terrible service to rude salesmen. With this way of doing business they won’t be around long. Mooresville deserves better than this.
