I’m surprised by how underrated this place is. I’ve been coming here at least once a week for a quick lunch. For fast casual, this place is absolutely solid. Their chicken and beef shwarma wraps, which are what I usually get, are really tasty and filling. The falafel is similarly good(and cheap!). Staff are also all very nice. Especially given how few good quick food options there are in the neighborhood, Wrapro is a gem. It’s worth noting that their pitas are the thin kind rather than a fluffier bread texture.

The ingredients are very low quality – flavorless vegetables, papery pita, and tough, bland meats. There can also be a long wait even if it’s practically empty.

Great place to get a quick bite. The falafel is absolutely delicious! Not everything’s as good as the falafel, but I’ve eaten here several times and I’ve never been disappointed. Plus, the people who work here are super nice.

Chicken wrap is very delicious, the place is very neat and clean and the guy is a nice person. We ended up here out of nowhere, and we will be back for sure!

Here’s the problem– the food is mediocre to bad, the prices are normal but they give you minuscule amounts. I stopped going for a few years due to that but thought I would give them another chance. It had been 3 – 4 years since I last went and I figured something had to have changed! Well I was wrong. I got the hummus, which is mediocre, and it came with the equivalent of half a pita cut in half. Half a pita! So I am supposed to eat the tub with half a piece of pita? I must be doing it wrong because I don’t understand how that is actually possible. This was all for just about $ 4. What a freaking joke.

I wish I could give zero stars for customer service — just for they way they treat families with kids.

We are regulars to this. Their Charger and other wraps, especially with the garlic sauce, are just right for a quick lunch. We have found the service wonderful repeatedly, like once or twice weekly for two years now…

Very poor customer service and orientation. I ordered the combo plate, which includes four items, one of which is Falafel. I mentioned that I don’t like falafel, and could I please just have more of one of the other items. They flat out said no, they don’t substitute, so I could either pay extra to get more of another item, order the plate with only ¾ths of the food I was paying for, or just get the falafel and not eat it. It was a senseless way to annoy a customer without any underlying purpose(i.e. it wouldn’t cost them more to omit one item and put more of another item — it wasn’t as though I was asking for free food). Won’t be going back.

I recently went here and go the falafel wrap with hummus and tabouli. It’s crazy that you have to pay extra for anything that really makes the wrap taste good! The wrap was ok, falafel was OK, hummus was good and tabouli was okay. I’ll stop in here again for another wrap but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here. I also had a piece of baklava that was… ok.

This place is great! Don’t worry about the other not so great reviews, I asked the owner and the poor reviews are from when it was under different management. Great place, clean light delicious good. Well priced and fast!

The falafels are good, but the wrap was a bit weird in texture — somewhere between a wrap and pita. They charge 85 c for every extra topping over the basic lettuce and tomatoes — a bit too much in my opinion.

This place is the best. The people that work there are awesome, really nice people, the music is cool, the felafel wrap is out of this world. Just tried the grape leaves for the first time — also phenomenal. AND — super affordable. Also, I’m a vegetarian and this place has a ton of options! This place is definitely underrated — definitely go here!

I love falafel. I love shawarma too. I’ve eaten here twice. Once ordering shawarma, once ordering falafel. And I really wanted to like to place The shawarma was middle of the road, possibly slightly above average, but the falafel with hummus was sub par. They charge extra to put hummus on your wrap. Ok, that makes sense, it’s a somewhat laborious process to make, even if there’s was under seasoned… But when he told me it was 85 cents extra for pickles, I felt a bit nickled and dimed, especially watching the man debate whether he would put three pickle spears or more. Meanwhile, I paid extra for something I could barely taste. Should have driven to central for falafel palace…

At three stars, this place is underrated. In an area with very few options for a quick bite, this place is pretty good. The sambussas(meat empanadas) and pistachio cookies are fantastic.

The falafel was delicious. It came as a wrap sandwich, with hummus and some onions in it. I really like that the menu on the wall lists vegetarian items first. :-) And there were many vegetarian items on the list!

Falafel is 2 stars. Service is zero. First visit, my partner and I ordered take out with the older woman(owner?). Seemed like a small spot just trying to make it so dropped a single into the tip jar. While waiting we noticed the Greek salad with chicken on the specials board and asked to add it to the order. Then I asked if the chicken could be separated from the salad, as I don’t eat it but my partner does. She said then I should get the Greek salad without chicken. Me: «Oh, you’ve already mixed the chicken into the salad already?» Her: «No.» Me: «Well…then can I just get the salad with chicken, but instead of scooping the chicken onto the lettuce you scoop it into a small container?» Her: «No. It’s not worth it to put it into two containers.» Then she stared at me like that was a normal response. I was confused. Not worth it to whom exactly? Because, I actually thought it was worth it – and I was of course going to pay the extra for the chicken(and she saw me tip them already!) But I guess, just being the customer, I don’t have any pull in this restaurant. Left with an unpleasant feeling. Not going back especially after eating the wrap. Who knows what their problems are but they should at least accommodate reasonable customer requests. Bottom line: rude people + mediocre food = spend your money elsewhere.

The chicken schwarma is really bland and uninspired. The hummus is seriously defective and doesn’t even taste like hummus. The falafel is also not so good. Go to Moody’s in Central instead, or Amsterdam Falafel in Davis.

Not worth it. Stale bread. The lady used her cell phone and made me my wrap. I went twice and she was nice and the tabouli and hummus were pretty good. Went yesterday and a younger man made me my wrap with one gloved hand and the other wasn’t gloved(it grossed me out) I felt like I was going to pass out because I was so hungry that I just kinda ate ½ my wrap and threw the rest in the trash. Also, the tabouli had a ton of raw onions and it made the whole meal taste like onions. Not going back.

BEWARE! VERYDISHONESTESTABLISHMENT. ANTISEMITIC! Very disappointed with this poor attempt for a middle eastern«restaurant». My spouse and I are Jewish and we always feel at home in the melting pot that is Cambridge, MA, but that was not the case when we visited Wrapro. As we walked in, the owner and his wife looked at the Star of David draped around my neck and immediately shot us looks of disgust. We felt uncomfortable, but tried to stay positive. We asked the owner for a recommendation for something that would feed the both of us and he suggested the Wrapro Special Plate(for 2, $ 10.85). When we were served our«felafel plate» that is intended for two people, there was only one lonely felafel ball, just ONE included in the order. We were shocked, but remained calm and assumed the problem would be corrected. When we complained, the owner said«you should have looked at the picture first», referring to a barely visible depiction of a sample plate. I asked for a refund, and he said they do not give refunds. Besides the miniscule portion, the quality of the food was terrible. Not authentic or tasty. THEOWNERISDISCRIMINATORYANDDISHONEST. DON’T WASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY!

this is a cool little falafel joint in cambridge. The food comes quick and the staff was pretty friendly. the Chicken wrap I got was a little on the light sight, and the falafels are okay, but not the crispy goodness I’ve come to love. I have to give props for a slightly sour tahini sauce that was a welcome change from the standard fair. As an odd twist, they only accept cash and debt cards.
