Every time I got no matter what time of day the service is very slow and the food is often cold.

As far as Taco John’s goes, this is one of the dirtiest ones I’ve been to. They had six people working there at 5:00 on Saturday and two of them were standing around in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the dining area looked like a taco bomb went off. We found the only table that looked half — way clean. The salsa bar was nearly empty, there was no pico left and it had been that way for a while. We took the last four ketchup packets, and the other condiments were all empty. Completely unacceptable. If I were the owner, I’d be furious with the staff for allowing it to look that way. The only nice thing I can say is that they were polite, but they had nothing to do and should have been cleaning — it wasn’t busy.
