I still love this place. Every time I come in they have nice things. They keep the store clean and the merchandise is nicely displayed.
The selection is all sizes and all local Boston Teams. Any thing you want representing a Boston team you will find here.
Bring lots of cash though because, it is very high priced.
But lots of fun.
After my extremely lame experience at Macy’s it was nice to shop in a store that cares about the customers and what they sell.

Great selection, WAY over priced.

First time Unilocaling, and for good reason. I received a Bruins Jacket for Christmas, which was purchased beyond their 21 day return policy. However, they are willing to bend the policy due to it being a gift. I’m sure this is standard policy for most retail stores, which is why the 5 star rating is in regard to a different matter. The reason I give 5 stars is for the customer service I received last night when I called regarding an exchange. I called the Cambridge location which is where it was purchased. They did not have the size I am looking for, but the girl I spoke with went out of her way to call Providence, and have that store ship the correct size to the Natick Store, which is most convenient for me to pick it up. I am told I will be receiving a call when it arrives in Natick. Nice to see customer service is still a priority at some places.
