I love this Panera location. There is a lot of seating and so many power outlets! There is one close by to practically every table. As someone who comes here to work on my laptop, it is greatly appreciated!

People working here are super nice. But the food was not what l typically expect from Panera. The soup was not hot and the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo tastes gross. I always come here for drinks since the parking space is huge. This is the first time I sat down to have some food, but so disappointed.

Panera is Panera. Standard menu, if executed properly. BUT — I’ve experienced great customer service at this one. Whether it’s the fact that they bring your food to your table, or my particular experience today, I’ll be coming back… it made my breakfast sandwich extra tasty and enjoyable today. Breakfast ends at 10:30. I got there at 10:36, with a pregnancy craving for a particular breakfast sandwich. I was told that they couldn’t accommodate… but when the manager heard, he made it happen, and I got my sandwich, with all the warm, gooey goodness I had been expecting! Hoorah! Thanks, Panera, Alewife!

I love Panera, but this location is the worst managed store I I have ever visited. Last Saturday night it took more than 15 minutes to get a lemonade. By the time I put in my order my appetite had faded. Although there were only two or three parties ahead of me and two cashiers were working. Then I had to wait again to get my drink. Finally I sit down but the internet doesn’t connect. I tried phone and laptop. After about 20 minutes and a couple of restarts the laptop connected but not the phone. I left after 45 unproductive minutes and shall not return unless I hear about a management change.

The take out order of a Greek Salad is smaller than if you eat in. The dressing is overpowering and the greens aren’t always fresh. They can have that day old taste to it. I like Porter Square better as they have larger portions and the food for some reason is fresher…

This is a review about the Panera Hot Chocolate. My husband and I walked into this Panera on a cold winter’s day so we could warm up. I ordered my usual coffee, and he a hot chocolate. He was thinking a basic cocoa, or maybe a chocolately frothy milk treat. After all, this was their signature hot chocolate. I’m not entirely sure what he got. It was indeed hot, and it was also chocolate. But it was served in a bowl, atop a plate. Not a cup and saucer — an actual bowl and plate. This bowl of hot chocolate was piled high with foam(like any good chocolate should be). But it didn’t end there. On top of the foam was whipped cream and what I’m sure someone, somewhere, described as a «drizzle» of caramel sauce. The cherry on top of all of this? Chocolate chip marshmallows. At some point, someone in food development had a light bulb moment, where they thought to themselves«You know what? Marshmallows don’t have enough sugar. We should add chocolate to them». So I’m giving the store itself 3 stars, but I’m still so utterly confused by the hot chocolate that I don’t even know that I could rate it.

Horrible service. The sloppy looking white kid who was making our drinks took 10 minutes to create 1 latte and 1 drip coffee. The lady who we placed our order with asked us to repeat our selections 3 – 4 times. Not sure if she had an issue with the English language or if she was just naturally very slow. The drinks tasted fine, service was laughable. If you are looking for a quick stop to get some coffee you should avoid this place.

Well this isn’t the best location. The lobby was dirty and I was kinda turned off from seeing my kids Mac and cheese come from a pouch that cooked in the microwave and then put into a panera to go container. Silly me to think It’s fresh and prepared to order. I don’t know what to think from this point. smh I have been going to panera for years.

Very spacious, tons of seating, clean — all all around great location! The staff here are incredible too — so helpful and polite! The other thing they do here that I love is give you a buzzer with a number to take to your table and your food is brought out to you. I feel like at most Panera locations the food pickup area is a zoo. This completely avoids that. This should be done at all Panera locations!

I’m sorry, Panera, but this location is not your best effort. The only nice thing about it is the people who work at the registers. I usually LOVE Panera food, but the turkey panini I ordered was so unappetizing that I actually threw it out. A McDonald’s burger would have been better. It was half-pressed, soggy, and slapped together. And, it cost a fortune. The people who work in the back of the store, assembling and giving you your food are surly and unhappy-seeming. There is no smiling back there. I just feel like, for the amount you pay to get a premium sandwich, you should get premium service, you know? Anyway, I just can’t get over how unbelievably disgusting that sandwich was. I shall not be returning. I hope Panera is not headed downhill.

I love Panera. The food is yummy & usually the service is adequate. However, I was not happy with the staff this past Monday. When ordering oatmeal(at the appropriate breakfast time) I was told that their delivery truck had arrived & the boxes that was unloaded were blocking the freezer door preventing them from getting to the oatmeal & cooking it. I was a bit lost as to why, at mid-morning, they didn’t already have oatmeal cooked for their shift. I left & went to the Panera in Porter Sq.

I cannot think of a meal I have not enjoyed there… Mmm the soups… I absolutely live off of their chicken noodle soup when I’m feeling under the weather. Sandwiches; a little less good but their pasta and salad choices make up for it! I have always enjoyed the baked goods too! Something does bother me though. Staff has gotten my order just plain WRONG before and it has happened more than once! The food’s just too good to not come back to though… Praying for better customer-service.

I will preface this review by saying that I have a stainless steel, 16 oz cup, made by Klean Kanteen that I carry everywhere with me so that I can avoid wasting disposable/single use cups whenever possible. That is the point of this cup. I have used this cup with absolutely no problems at a variety of places from mom and pop food trucks to Starbucks. In fact, a lot of places will even give a small discount if you provide your own cup. Encouraging sustainable habits like this saves businesses money and cuts down on trash and petroleum product use. Anyways, yesterday was my first visit to a Panera Bread. I had my cup with me, as I often do, so when I ordered an iced chai, I handed my cup over and pointedly said that I wanted my chai in the cup. We’d ordered some food too, so we sat down and within a moment, another employee was at our table, handing me my empty cup back and telling me that they couldn’t put my chai in the cup and that I would have to come and put the chai in the cup myself. I followed the guy back to the counter, confused, as he told me that they could put my chai in a plastic cup and then I could pour it into my cup. I told him that would completely defeat the purpose which was to not waste a cup. «Well, you know, we can’t just bring any cup back here,» he said, like I had made some outlandish request. He walked off and I stood by the counter for a moment, still not really sure what was going on and feeling like I had done something socially unacceptable and naughty by not wanting to waste plastic. Eventually, my drink was set out on the counter, in a plastic cup with a lid and a straw. Still really confused, I carried the drink back to our table and sat down. Moments later a manager approached us and tried to tell us that the cashier had misunderstood me. Then she told us that putting drinks in personal cups was against their health code regulations. Then she told me that I should ask for a manager if this should ever happen again(?). I explained to her that I thought it was an odd rule since pretty much every other place I’ve ever been has been totally cool with the exact same cup so it is clearly not an unavoidable health code thing for Panera, as a business. The manager seemed confused about why they had the rule too and told us she was going to go and look into it although she never actually returned to tell us more. I wasn’t angry at the employees, particularly if they were just following their company’s rules and there was nothing wrong with the food we ordered, but to me, it’s a pretty huge failure to not encourage or, at the very least, allow customers to bring reusable cups. Recycling is all good and well, but most people understand that reducing the amount of waste we produce and the amount of energy we use is the most important first step to more a more sustainable society. I’ve emailed the company to ask about this policy. Until my reusable cup is welcome, I won’t be visiting a Panera Bread again.

Love going into a Panera Bread always feel welcomed. Have met friends from Meetup groups at this location(we do assorted craft projects) it has large long table of about 10 – 12 in middle and a meeting room in back by restrooms which you can reserve . No one said anything to me when I didn’t order right away was waiting for friend and arrived early. Like Goldilocks I was at a table near door to cold, so moved to a booth kinda large for two(little guilt comes over me hearing in mind this is for more than two people). OK I should know their menu but like many others I stand and gawk over what to get. Qalani was patient waiting for me to tell her what I wanted and to check my loyalty card I had $ 1 off a dessert good till Feb. settle for the black bean soup and then heard my friend order a sandwich which I now wanted and so I made it you pick 2 order and proudly skipped dessert(I had awesome coconut date nut balls waiting at home won’t share that with Qalani). They give you square with # on it to leave face up on table and deliver food to you(that’s why I didn’t spill any soup). Have gone to other Panera Breads that don’t like my debit card(forgot why, think its has something to do with out of state) so I paid cash. Two hours later after catching up, time to look for antenna friend says she uses .Glad Radio shack is in same strip mall.
