Modern day magic, I tell you! I came in with a sad looking, hungry black HP cartridge expecting to plop it down on the counter, fill out a bunch of forms or at least answer questions and be told when to fetch it, but the guy picked it up and inspected it before inserting it into an upright machine with lots of slots, and monitor with a bouncing Windows screensaver. Ugh, Windows? This was never going to work. Then I saw the .03% full cartridge injected with thick blackness and rise to 100%. And another diagnostic told us 32 contacts on the head were damaged. And another slot on the same machine conducted a test print. I became a believer. All of this technology crafted in house? No wonder these guys are at the forefront of the field. Boring? Probably. But useful, good for the earth and super, duper easy? Absolutely! My head bout exploded when it only put me back 5 minutes and $ 9.44. Score! Minus one star for the place being disorganized.
