Hiring these people was some of the worst money I have ever spent. I hired them to clean my apartment (not the best or worst cleaning job) and pack my apartment before moving. They showed up almost an hour late, didn’t do the full packing job because, despite doing a consultation in advance and saying they’d be bringing the boxes for moving, they didn’t have any extra after the ones I provided were filled, and broke a whole bunch of my stuff. I had to undo all of the «work» they did in my kitchen because of broken glass and spilling spices that were just dumped into one big box with a bunch of other things. For the items that were wrapped, they just used all of my paper towels instead of having any packing material of their own. I’ve just been unpacking the bedroom boxes and found that things were just as carelessly handled there. I would have been better off hiring 3 year olds on a sugar high than these guys. I was given a refund for the «work» done in the kitchen — but not until they had failed to show up to provide the refund at multiple scheduled times and I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB.
In short: Do not hire these people for anything related to moving — they will just take your money, waste your time, and break your belongings.
