We were seated promptly, and the friendly waitress brought our food and bill quickly. I ordered a simple meal of bacon, sunny-side-up eggs, blueberry muffin, fruity and granola yogurt, and orange juice, and I enjoyed the taste. My husband ordered grits, bacon, scrambled eggs, and a biscuit, but the only thing that he enjoyed was the bacon. Prices were fairly low.

Just finished dinner there with my husband and 3 children, seated right away, food on par with other CB restaurants, but the five stars are for our waitress Amber. She was amazing, fast but not too fast in the way some servers are that you can’t ask for anything because they’re TOO quick. She made the experience a memorable one! And we’ve been to a lot of cracker barrels. I hope the management gives her credit for a job well done! Thank you Amber!

I have been here 3 times. I am from out of state. I travel for a living. I have been to many many Cracker Barrel’s. The service here is by far below standards. Multitasking is not a strong point of the girls that work here. The portion size here is off also.

Haven’t been to one of these in a long time. used to frequent one in Colorado Springs when I was there. Was in Ohio visiting family and this was right beside my hotel. I had my old favorite combo – biscuits and eggs w/a side of country ham. The country ham was a delicious as I remember. Good comfort food. The pay-at-the-cashier is awkward, I always forget about that and pay at the table like a normal restaurant.

I’ve only been here once. My husband and I along with some friends came here. 2 of us got the chicken dinner special they were having. It came with mash potatoes and of course fried chicken & I’m pretty sure I got a side of Mac and cheese. I loved everything. My husband got a steak I think and he said it was alright. Another friend got some apple things which he also enjoyed. Our waitress was very nice and polite & we were seated admittedly. Overall this was a nice place to eat. The country feel was really nice and when you first walk in you’re in like a gift shop type deal which I though was pretty neat.

Hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel in a loooooooong time, but was on the road today and decided to stop in… The food was even better than I was expecting and had remembered– I got the Lemon Pepper Rainbow Trout with potatoes, green beans, and carrots– which were all finished promptly. The Trout had just enough kick to it – nothing too overpowering, though. The biscuits were spot on, as well!

I know it’s a chain restaurant and all, but we had such a great experience here this establishment earned the stars. It was busy as we showed up around lunch time. Even though it was lunch time, we did not have a wait at all. We walked up to the hostess station and were directly taken to a seat. Once at our table, our waitress, Debbie was her name, was there to greet us get our drinks for us. With the drinks at our table, we only needed a few moments to decide what we wanted. Debbie came back and took our order. We were thinking since it being lunch time we’d have enough time to play the game on the table. But within minutes, our food was there. The chicken and dumplings were good enough to ebb the cravings for a few hours. The sides were pretty good too. I would love to thank Debbie for making it such an enjoyable experience here. She did her job and then some. You are a great person, not just an employee here.

stopped by 9⁄13 for my country ham fix, and was served by a very nice and competent black waitress

I went to this restaurant last month, with my 3 children while traveling home from Legend Valley. At first everything seemed fine until the hostess insisted that we sit in the rear corner even though MANY other table were available, It took a while for our waitress to come, and even though she was very nice, she also seemed very nervous. Everyone in the restaurant was staring at us and I asked the waitress if there was an issue. Turns out there are no black people around and it was making everyone uncomfortable that my children were mixed, she said that she was the only one that would serve us. I didn’t want my kids to know, so we hurried through breakfast. As we were preparing to leave another couple came in, the husband was black. They were sat in the same corner as us! Now like I said our waitress was very nice and the food was good, however I will never return to the place. I have never felt so uncomfortable, and if wasn’t for the fact that I was protecting my children from realizing what was going on, I definitely would have confronted the manager and left!

Cracker Barrel is Cracker Barrel… To me the menu is a little strange for anything but breakfast. Just not my type of food I guess.

Hey, looks like i get to be the first. I stopped on my way to Pittsburgh yesterday and had a GREAT breakfast. I think it was called the old timers or something like that. It came with two eggs, three thick cut slices of bacon, two biscuits, butter and jelly and sausage gravy. It also included a hash brown casserole and something else, all for $ 6.59! Ain’t that amazing?!
