Chipotle Mexican Grill

You could say if you’ve been to one Chipotle you’ve been to them all, but I don’t necessarily feel that’s true. I feel like the staff makes the store. The Chipotle in Fresh Pond has a great staff. They’re attentive, friendly, & always aim to please. I’ve been there twice this week alone. If you feel the same way as me, then I’d recommend this location.

As far as Chipotle locations go, this one is pretty good. Easy accessible parking, dining indoors and a very attentive staff. The food is prepared with love and I never feel like they’re just slapping the burrito together.
If you’re not already familiar with Chipotle’s food offerings, you’re missing out! I’m not usually a fan of burritos, but they put something in theirs (freshness?) that keeps me coming back for more. My favorite is their tender chicken burrito on that yummy tortilla with corn salsa. Can’t go wrong with that!

What can I say… Chipotle is some good food. This place is cool. Large seating area, typical quick servers, and good parking. Just have to deal with a roundabout. Workers are nice and a fine looking group.

Disappointed by my experience here today. Disclaimer: my cashier was great! He was very engaging, happy, and was a good conversation.
I’m more disappointed with how my order was handled. The person taking my order and making my burrito was quiet and seemed disinterested. They were not very audible when asking what I wanted and did not seem happy to be there at all. The rolling of my burrito was poor, as it split open within 5 minutes of being in my to-​go bag. Had salsa get on my car seat on the ride home due to over stuffing of the burrito. It leaked through my bag! I’ll remember to use a different Chipotle if I ever get the craving again.

Chipotle is very consistent and satisfying.
I recommend trying all of the different meats and mixing up your combinations.
A little hack is getting a burrito bowl and chips-​then use the chips to scoop out the ingredients.

It’s consistently good, and inexpensive. Fast and tasty. We get food here once a week!

Chipotle is great for accommodating food allergies, they will change gloves and bring fresh ingredients out to avoid cross contamination. My favorite thing to get is the carnitas bowl.

Good food. Not great, but inexpensive, very fast, and reliable. The service is really nice, but pretty hurried.

In the past 3 or so months, this location has gone way down hill. The lines are unacceptable (they need to adopt the food making system that the Bedford location uses). Also, there is a manager who started in the past 6 months who is a bit rude. Might have to make a different location my regular chipotle

I’ve only ever gone to this Chipotle for late-​night dinners (think: around 8:30/9), and yet, they’re still busy every time I’ve come here! It’s incredible. Nevertheless, my burritos always get expertly crafted… I’ve seen plenty of instances where they will re-​wrap an exploded burrito… and the folks behind the counter are just generally very cordial people. More so than other nearby locations, I’d say.
The seating is plentiful, and the high tops are my favorite. Try some jalapeño tabasco on your burrito next time. It will light up your life (and eventually your mouth). YUM.
Good, solid Chipotle; no skimping on the portions or on the seating.

I love this place. Great prices and fresh ingredients. What more can you ask for. My favorite? the Salad bowl, basically a little bit more letter than the Burrito bowl, but if you go often enough they kinda let you wing it mix up all the ingredients that you like. I have only been to the one near my work and everyone there has always been super friendly.

I’m a fan of Chipotle, i go to the one in Watertown all the time. I came into this one and was immediately really agitated by the wall of noise in this place. They have 5 large speakers blasting all sorts of music. It feels like I’m at a crowded bar and is not a good eating environment.
I couldn’t hear what the staff was saying and had to yell my order to them. They asked if i wanted chips multiple times because they couldn’t hear the other employees asking.
I kid you not about this; while in line I yelled some obscenities to see if anybody would notice a guy yelling obscenities in a Chipotle. People should notice that. Amazingly, nobody did except my girlfriend who actually wasn’t even embarrassed. That’s how bad it is here.
Oh, and both our portions were a little skimp to top it off. This in comparison to the Watertown place.
I hate to give Chipotle a 1, but this music is insane. Id say this would be a great place to get a burrito if you’re drunk, then maybe you could do some dancing while you eat.

All I ever get is the veggie burrito. Its pretty standard– black beans, rice, corn, lettuce, guac…
Ya know, anything that’s not meat.
Service is fast & this place is good for whenever I’m on the go and can eat while driving.

Was a fan from the beginning and plan on always being a fan. But occasionally you get a little less food than the standard fare. It’s happened to me and when I politely asked about it, well lets just say it didn’t go over well. So I stayed away for awhile to let cooler heads prevail. An of course an nice worded email to the company always helps. I just want what I paid for. Thankfully there is also a location in Medford that treats me right. Suffice it to say I came back because I LOVE the carnitas burrito. I even love saying CARNITAS the way it’s suppose to be said. Makes me feel less of a tourist. :p
Another great thing about Chipotle is their take on Food With Integrity. If you don’t know anything about it then go to their website and read up. I think it’s important for more businesses to think beyond the bottom line.

I agree with others who have commented that the staff is very friendly. The food is also good. But a high-​octane place like Chipotle in Harvard Square could quickly become toxic with the wrong people behind the counter.
Fortunately, this Chipotle has an awesome manager named Marilin Morales. I go there frequently and usually right at the lunch rush hour. She keeps things running incredibly smoothly. And the big thing about her is that she holds herself up to the highest levels of accountability.
Here’s an example that happened last week. I went there around 12pm and the place was busy. I ordered a steak burrito and a chicken one as well. Unfortunately, the steak was far from being ready and as soon as Ms. Morales noticed this, she comped me the burrito.
That might not sound like a big deal, but the fact that she did it before I got upset about the relatively long wait is what makes it impressive. On other occasions, I’ve gone in there and she is always busy directing the troops. Managers like her are worth their weight in gold, and they inspire customer loyalty.

Our go to fast food place in the area. Service is usually friendly and always extremely fast. The staff here is more together with it than other locations. They roll a mean burrito. Their guac is very good and should not be missed with a bag of fresh chips for ~3 $.

Listen, I grew up in the 90s. I’ve been to my share of raves. I don’t need to feel like I’m at one while I eat burritos. Turn down the music, pleeeeeeeeease.
Food is what you’d expect from Chipotle, place is clean and roomy… but it’s tacos, not hollister.

Seriously good. Staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. If your not in the mood for a burrito no worries, get a bowl.

With all the burrito options in the area, why would you go here — right? The only reason is because I took the kids to the movies and this was across the street and I just did not want to take them to McDonald’s. It is not bad and I have had worse. I like that you can get bowl instead of with the tortilla, if you want to go low on the carbs. Also, the chips are good and the salsa is fresh.
They are good in a pinch (but make the effort and go to Anna’s down the road :)

The service is decent, everyone’s friendly and mild mannered.

The price? Not so much. $ 1.95 for extra guacamole? I thought I misread the sign. For a «quick and cheap lunch» it turned into $ 20 for two burritos and a drink. I’ve never quite gotten the Chipotle craving like others.
I’d probably stick with Anna’s for a quick, decent meal that doesn’t leave flies in my purse.
