Kristine is wonderful! She is very helpful and passionate about what she does. I went with an open mind and left with lots of knowledge!

Before coming in to CSH&W, I thought I would be getting a traditional session about correcting my posture, with exercises to do on my own and things to remember. I learned so much more — how everything in the body is connected and working like circuitry, responses /balances in my own body I had no idea existed, etc. The stuff is fascinating, and made me want to know more. In my case I didn’t have major issues beyond bad posture — and the feeling of being very tense/tired at the end of a work day at the computer. I came out feeling refreshed and energized. Don’t know about the long term yet — but definitely worth a try.

Kristine has helped me not only relieve my back pain, but she’s also taught me new spine exercises that have made all the difference in my daily life. She is extremely professional, experienced, and her lovely attitude makes each visit fantastic. I recommend her without any reservations!

I had my first treatment last week. I was not quite sure what to expect. I am a big fan of alternative therapies. I have tried acupuncture, massage, homeopathy, chiropractic adjustments and more. This is new and I am still planning on making a few more appointments to see how this works. However what I can say is Kristine is very professional. She really cares about helping people and has a great understanding of the human body. Her focus is on helping people reduce pain as well as promote healing. If you have not had success with traditional therapies. I highly recommend you give this a try.

I don’t recall when I went to Kristine last since my last post in July. Its Nov, and I am pain free. Not only that, but my running has progressively improved — I now run 3 miles couple of times a week with a 3.5 to 4 mile run a 3rd day. Absolutely 0 pain. My shoulders have never felt this good or relaxed, even when I am seriously stressed at work(I do stretch of course, but I used to do that earlier too, but kept pulling something often). Go Kristine!
