Caribou Coffee

Best service I’ve ever had at a caribou. Josh was the perfect amount of friendly for 7am. My latte was amazing, and my breakfast sandwich wasn’t over heated. I can tell that they care about quality at this caribou.

It’s Caribou… I went a lot when I had online classes and dial up. Usually busy with people of all ages. They could use more outlets. Parking lot bites. Still one of the better cups of coffee in town considering I can count all of the coffee shops with 3 fingers :)

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. Great beverages and snacks and very friendly staff. When my daughter visits, we usually come here, get coffees, set up our laptops and laugh ourselves silly watching crazy YouTube videos. No reflection on Caribou, but I don’t get how the city of Cambridge could let the owners of the building get away with such a small parking lot in front. When I am driving my pickup I don’t even bother trying to find a spot up front. I have to park in back & walk around the building or park at Culvers and hope I don’t get towed. Not really that big of a deal, just one of the quirks of living and shopping in Cambridge.

Went through the Drive Thru and it seemed everyone else had the same idea as we had 5 cars in front of us. The route to get into the place was a little confusing — we ended up turning into a gas station by accident and had to go back out to the road and find the cross road and head down that. But it was super worth it — My Turtle Mocha was very tasty and very needed.
My only complaint is that they handed us the change back and the steaming hot coffee at the same time — Which doesn’t sound like a big deal but it made for an awkward moment when my Husband had a handful of bills and coins in one hand — really hot coffee in the other and a line of cars behind us on a really ice covered drive through. You know how it is — you feel rushed to get out of the way because you have all your stuff — but you can’t drive well with your hands full and you can’t get organized because you feel like you have to get out of there? So yeah — Could have done without that — but that was minor and it happens at most drive thru’s so no big whoop.
