I have been using this place for about 15 years. The 1^st time I used them I had no appointment but I wanted to have a radio installed. He install my radio that day and charged me less than his original quote!
I have had a lot of work done on my vehicle’s over the years. He put a double din radio in my BMW Z4 that only had space for a single. He has installed TVs, amps, speakers, remote starts, K40 Laser jammers and HID /​LED headlights in almost every car if had since 1999! He recently did a lot of custom work on my escalade and I am very happy with it.
I send all of my friends and family to him and I can honestly say that we have all been happy with the work.
He has the best prices, he stands by his work and he is the go to guy when you have a problem that nobody else can fix. If you have a special project or a difficult problem this is the place to go.

I made an appointment to have my radio installed two weeks ago for this Friday. They told me I bring the parts and they would do it for $ 100. I thought, fair enough.
I called this week to verify that it was for this Friday. I showed up this morning, a couple other people were there, not a problem since they don’t specify a time just a day when you make an appointment, I was prepared to wait a bit. and wait I did. The man named Mike, who I assume is the owner, looked right at me, didn’t greet me, ask why I was there, anything. He started helping someone, no biggie, I waited chatted with another pleasant customer, and waited some more. Finally after half an hour I got tired of waiting and went into the office.
Mike told me I had an appointment for Saturday which really doesn’t make sense since I specifically checked twice that it was for Friday and even took the day off of work to do this. The guy offered me a very unapologetic «I’m sorry» and told me if I drop the car off he can try to squeeze me in today. I wasn’t interested in wasting my day because of their poor bookkeeping skills (literally a notepad with scribbles here). It was made incredibly clear to me that this man did not want or need my business so I left.
I called Best Buy in Everett, got an appointment in a couple of weeks, $ 70 to do the same job and they just sent me an email confirming my appointment. I wasted an hour of my life today dealing with this place. I should have just called Best Buy from the get go.

Had radio and speakers replaced. Great service and very friendly. Highly recomend
