Very nice. Clean. Pool is clean and warm. Price is very good and front desk was very friendly.

This is the second time I’ve arrived early to the hotel with multiple days of reservation. The first time they charged me for an extra half day for arriving 3 hours early. This time they refused me a room because I got there at 9:30 instead of 3. I travel for a living. I’m very tired. It’s especially hot out today, and I had to walk from half mile away, which makes it even more frustrating. Here’s a tip, if there’s two of you in the building when a traveler comes in, who is obviously becoming a regular because the front desk clerk Mary Ellen recognized me, one of them can watch the desk while the other one goes and cleans the room. You actually don’t have to be a member of the custodial team to provide good customer service, take charge of the situation, and give a guest a positive experience.

Clean rooms, everything worked, good HVAC, nice staff, adequate free breakfast, flat screen TVs, comfy bed, convenient parking, fair sized rooms, good shower, pet friendly, lots of space walk the dog, non smoking rooms, safes, hair dryer, coffee machine in room, refrig/​freezer.
Gave them 5 stars because for $ 65 for a place to sleep while traveling is exactly what this place is.

This older hotel had a clean room and the complementary breakfast in the morning was above average. The staff was friendly. Their Wi-​Fi worked well.

Friendly helpful staff but the place is a dump. Décor is Early Dirt-​Hider: patterns and colors that feel as if they were chosen — and not recently — to make lack of cleanliness difficult to notice. The swing-​arm security latch on our door had its knob broken clean off, as if someone had forced the door on some previous guest. However, the staff were genuinely helpful… I walked into the breakfast area at 4am and found the night clerk cheerfully finishing breakfast prep because they had a large group in who were leaving early and had asked for breakfast at 4:30.

Most of the businesses that cater to the highway traffic are right at the light in Cambridge. This exceptional value is a left hand turn, very convenient, outstanding facility with immaculate spa area, pool, fitness centre. Rooms, spotless. Breakfast nook generously appointed.
