The staff at GymOne are great! Always helpful, courteous and willing to assist with anything needed by fellow instructors and members. Clean workout areas and bathrooms are always noted.
A great place to come workout if your a visitor or local Cambrian.

Hi there, Terri here from GymOne. Jen we love you and want the best for you and each member. Good News… AWESOME new cleaning team. Always Clean started a few weeks ago. We already see the difference. Do you?

Terri Herrington and all her staff at Gym One are top drawer. They are helpful, intuitive and healthy people. Yoga classes are safe, but challenging and good for community contact. The gym is clean, with a fine view of the ridge by HYW One of Monterey Pine. My favorite machines are the manual weight machines, where I can monitor the speed and the pressure on me bones. Members are respectful. Affordable fees — well worth the commitment.
