The business we usually work with had no one available and recommended Yvonne.
We liked the window treatments she suggested, and we placed an order for four windows with the amount coming to almost $ 2,200 (not a small amount). They snowed up 6 weeks later and were installed.
That’s when our problems started.
Of the four windows, two had the draw on the wrong side and one did not even fit the window (she did not measure the Top, Middle and Bottom of the frame). It took two more reorders (and another 12 weeks) to get the treatment to even fit into the recessed frame. Even today if we try to retract the blind we have to pull it to the right or it bunches up on itself.
The two that had the draw on the wrong side Yvonne’s response was, since we did not specify the side we wanted (actually we did) she made the decision. Since she did not feel it was her problem, she would not help us. Yvonne then gave us a name of someone that might be able to switch the draw to the other side (at our expense).
When I told all this to the business that recommended her, they stepped up and made the job right (even though it was not their responsibility).
Mistakes can happen, it is how a business resolves those mistakes that matters. I will not be using Yvonne for any of our future home needs.

I have to start off by saying that Yvonne is just a joy to be around! She is always so put together & confident. She really takes the stress of decorating away and makes it effortless & dare i say fun?! I worked with another decorator who just did not understand what I wanted.. Once I hired Yvonne she hit the ground running. Never pushed anything on me, but rather led me in the right direction. Paint colors she chose are incredible. 5 years later I still love it! I wanted drapes, she brought fabric to me & they are beautiful & unique. We had a problem with the roman shades being a little too transparent & she came up with a quick solution. She took me to pick out my bathroom marble slab at a steal! I could really go on and on… I have not one complaint. My house is striking, timeless & classy.
