I just read the review by Sebastian H. My experience was the same. I came to TipTop several months ago, and got a great haircut, for much less than at Hank’s, and several other Barber Shops/​Hair Salons nearby. The owner/​Barber is very pleasant, nice to talk to, and he actually listens to what you want done.
I have both made an appointment, and just dropped by, and have never had to wait too long.
This is my new Barber.

I love this place. I just walked in, got a fabulous haircut, and left. I didn’t have to call and make an appointment, which can be really frustrating for a 15 minute haircut.
I went to a place really close to this, called Hank’s Barber Shop before I came here. Paid (with tip) 30 dollars. This place gives a far better haircut for less than half the price.
I will use this place as my barber from now on. Thank you for the great haircut, Sean!
