Security was cool. Bartenders were cool. Crowd was a bit racial. .unfortunately. ohh. We’ll it is what it is.

Dive bar. What do you expect. Great juke box, lousy bigoted bartender (old white dude)

I think Tuesday nights are just a bust. Thursdays nights are glorious. Myvy is the ultimate bartender. She’s the reason we all keep coming back. Always so excited to see us and treats us with the utmost respect. Myvy is officially my spirit animal!

Have gone in a couple times. The Bartender Danielle Talks about Motorcycle Clubs and foul mouthing customers or other bar employees a bit to much for my comfort while im trying to have a drink after a day of work. i did like the scene in there but i wont be going back after seeing that lady work there and acting like this maybe i will try going back on a day she isnt working. tracy was nice Mevey i believe her name was and this girl kellyn were all very nice and had a good attitude and made sure things were safe..

Fantastic place – comfortable, friendly, and seemingly free from pretension. It took me about 15 minutes to feel quite comfortable – about the time Willie Nelson was played. I typically like places like this, but this place was exceptional.

I’m a sucker for a dive and a juke box, this place has both. Though it does lack the divey smell. I’ve always had a good time here, and I’ve always had good drinks. Take Five is a good place to wait while you are getting your Chinese Food at Chester’s.

I Love theis place, I may be one of the creepers others refer to, but who cares.
This is a dark dirty dive bar, but the friendliest place I have ever been. Started going hers a few years ago was going through a rough time and just wanted to drink till I couldn’t drink anymore. Bartenders and Customers were all cool. A few weirdos, and as I said I might have been one of them.
Great mix of crowd, jobless, alcoholics, people trying to forget, successful businessmen, young and old. regulars, and a lot of genuine people.
Yes occasionally there can be fights, but still a great place to hang out and drink, listen to music, and talk, tell lies, listen to lies, and laugh about it all.
If you are an appletini kind of person, this place is not for you. You you want to relax after work, drink have fun, and don’t care about how clean the bathrooms are. This place is for you

I love dive bars and between Lamplighter, Outlaws, and Clubhouse… Take 5 is my favorite.
Pool games are 50c each. Their cues aren’t perfect but they’re actually pretty nice for bar cues. They all have their tips and you can always find a few good ones to play with on either of their two tables.
There’s a jukebox and a couple of game machines (our favorite game is the «what’s the difference in these pictures?» in the erotic section ;D) They also have a stack of local readers with jokes and funny stories sitting on a table.
The back patio for smoking has covered benches. The restrooms are usually clean (it’s a bar; sometimes they get mussed up) and the lines are short.
It’s usually pretty empty but can get crowded and fill up quick on some nights. The bartenders are really friendly. Don’t be shy to flag them down. They’ll just keep talking to the patrons at the other end of the bar if you don’t. ;) Drink prices are fair. They serve coffee and other non-​alcoholic beverages for DDs and superdrunks.
