This is one of those services that tries to look official, but their invoice is something that you can just throw in the trash. If you look carefully at the legalistic print, it says«THISSERVICETOOBTAIN A COPYOFYOURPROPERTYASSESSMENTPROFILEANDGRANTDEEDOROTHERRECORDOFTITLEISNOTASSOCIATEDWITHANYGOVERNMENTALAGENCY…» In other words, they’re trying to charge you $ 83 for something that you don’t need in any way, shape, or form. I agree with the other reviewer who considers this a scam.

I would hope that anyone who receives a letter from this company would think to look them up before they send any money. Or better yet, check with your LENDER before replying. As simple as it seems, buying a house & all the legal paperwork that follows can be overwhelming. It’s PATHETIC companies like these take advantage of that & use public records to scam new homeowners out of their money.

Do your homework before sending this company money. Check the BBB site as well. After purchasing a home we received an «official notice» from multiple companies. Buyers beware! Just request this information from the county for a few bucks if you really feel you need it.

A scam. Plain and simple. Recently bought a house and already had copies of my deed from, you know, the legitimate legal avenues through which I closed the deal. Received a semi-official notice in the mail from this organization requesting I pay $ 83 to get a copy. It’s amazing how many places such as this one try to scam new homeowners in the mail with scare/persuasion tactics they don’t need. Truly the scourge of Western society.
