Our Chiropractic business had experienced water damage as a result of heavy rains last week.
I contacted the Rainbow International’s Commercial Property’s Representative Staci Burke who sent two professional and polite technicians Vince and Oscar. They had it completely under control in minutes. I was amazed at how fast they fixed the issue, extracted the moisture and set-​up the drying equipment. Vincent and Oscar came by each day (total of 3 days) to check the drying process and on the third day they removed the equipment as quietly and quickly as they originally installed it.
Today, I received a follow-​up call from Staci Burke to ensure that all went well. That’s great and almost unheard of customer service.

They did a great job for me. I was moving and they came last day and clean the carpets. The owner of house said wonderful job. Josh was the one that came to clean carpets. Very professional.

On The advice of our plumber Jason at 101 plumbing repair service we called John Higgins at rainbow restoration to help us come in and take care of a flood we had in our home. John and his team are awesome! They helped me from start to finish to get everything taken care of right. I feel like they watched over us to make sure that we were taken care of and made to feel like we were they’re only customer all along! John always answered his phone or returned texts and helped us through the process that could’ve been so grueling. He called in Mike and James from venTerra Environmental so that we could start the abatement process and let me tell you I felt like we had the best team available. They all took the time to be on site with adjusters and agents whenever asked. Answered questions and helped us understand the process. These guys guided us seamlessly through a very difficult time. We had a nightmare of a leak in our house, our closet was flooded and wall damaged.
One call to Rainbow and talk about taking over the storm!!!
Mr. Brown came in and took care of guiding me to calling the insurance. He cleaned within a few hrs. We felt that we had someone backing us up in this ordeal! The insurance was asking for ridiculous proof of the damage and Rainbow took care of everything.
They were on time and on point with their work.
Everything is back to normal now…
True. True professionals…
I hate to go through that nightmare again, but in case it happens. I know I have a back up to help me!!!

WE Just had our white carpets cleaned by this organization…
Very professional, organized, neat, and an excellent job!
We’ve tried several other so called, «carpet cleaning companies», and none of them got our white carpets as clean as they did.
