Visited this location four to five times without an appointment and am usually out of there in 15 to 20 minutes. Perhaps I’m just lucky or choose the right to walk-​in without an appointment.
Usually just two gals running the place but don’t think they’re the same gals each time I visit. Place seems to run efficiently but then again I have all my paperwork in order at sign in.

Don’t walk… run from this place. I showed up without an appointment and expected to wait. The receptionist knew I had no appointment but told me to take a seat. 20 minutes later a man walks in and tells her he didn’t have an appointment and asks how long it will be. She says an hour to an hour and a half! He says he’ll go outside and come back and she tells him quite rudely…“If you’re not here when they call, you go back to the bottom of the list.” In other words she’s warning him to sit for over an hour in a cramped waiting room with no magazines or newspapers or pamphlets to read. I got up and left and told her she could have at least warned people up front when they don’t have an appointment about the waiting time. She said that would be too much trouble and that she’d be saying that to people all day.
If that’s there accepted attitude towards customers, it’s hard to believe they’d be professional in drawing the customer’s blood. There must be other labs out there that are not rude.
