This review is long overdue. I worked directly with Chris and he was exceptional. I had an issue with a leak in my roof under the Solar Panels which were installed about 2-​years prior. Chris came out within 2-​days of contacting him and had his team fix the issue in a timely and professional manner.
It says a lot about a company who stands by their products and continues to provide exceptional customer service to their existing clients. This is what will make me a repeat customer.
Highly recommend!

Rely disappointing they are not returning any phone calls, there sales rep. told me at they give estimates in a week, and it has been 2 month now.
Interesting, we qualified for solar from another company

I Absolutley loved working with Quantum Solar. I had actually met with Three other companies (2 national and one local) and they impressed far and beyond their competition. They listened to my needs and made it manageable. We did the roof at the same time and they coordinated everything with my roofer. I would only recommend this one company to my friends and family. Not pushy and super knowledgeable and friendly.

I just moved into a house and thought my solar system was not working correctly. Dewaine came out, analyzed my system and told me everything was working but a bigger system might be needed down the line. They had quoted a $ 125 service fee but Dewaine said no charge as he lived around the corner. These guys are great and look forward to working with them in the future.

Almost two years ago we had solar panels installed by Quantum Solar. They did everything exactly as they promised. They were efficient, prompt, and did a clean job. We had done a lot of research on the specific panels they use as well as the inverters. Their panels are top quality, as well as their installation. The savings these last two years has been great, and we have been so pleased with our panels. We had quotes from four other companies other than Quantum. We really did our research and it really paid off: using Quantum Solar was the best decision!

This was one of the few contractors we have had that actually delivered a quality product within the time frame that he said he would. We worked with Dewaine Dennis the owner. His crew was respectful, worked extremely well together as a team, & cleaned up after themselves. We were so impressed that we hosted a home show a few months later and our neighbors were also impressed, so much so that so far at least one has also purchased a solar system from Quantum. Highly recommend this company without any reservations.

My options and once I decided to move forward completed the job faster than expected and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. They handled everything from permits to final inspection. I have 50 panels and a negative Edison bill every single month. I run my air and my pool and at 1pm my meter still spins backwards. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

An optimizer on one of my solar panels went bad shortly after my system was turned on. Worse, my original installer, SoCal Solar Energy, went out-​of-​business without warning right in the middle of coordinating a repair with them.
However, the component manufacturer, SolarEdge, was very helpful and provided names of several local contractors for me to contact to replace the component under their warranty.
One of them, Quantum Solar Designs, stood out for being very friendly, responsive and professional, from their front office person (Brandon) to their field techs (Anthony and Chris). In fact, three Quantum people showed up including the owner’s son (also named Dewaine).
These guys went overtime to make sure the component replacement worked despite the fixed labor reimbursement supplied by the component warranty. Dewaine was very knowledgable, communicative and personable. He also discussed the componentry of the PV solar systems that Quantum normally sells and installs — a premium, very high quality system.
Great job — highly recommend this company!

Our family recently had solar panels put in recently by Quantum and the overall experience was AWESOME… Dewaine, Anthony, Mina, Brandon, and their installation team were all AWESOME… We never thought we could afford solar panels but thanks to Quantum, it’s actually affordable!.. The entire process went really smoothly and everyone was professional. Everyone answered any and all questions/​concerns we had — couldn’t have had a better experience!.. They even worked effortlessly in conjunction with our roofing company… They definitely delivered quality service and products… HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owned company!!!
